Felix was in a bad mood as he walked through the corridors of the palace. He had been arguing with his brother all morning and was in need of a distraction. That's when he spotted Hyunjin.
Felix was instantly intrigued by the young man. He had heard stories about Hyunjin's talent and was eager to see it for himself.
"Excuse me," Felix called out, stopping the artist in his tracks. "Are you the man who's been hired to paint Prince Minho's portrait?"
Hyunjin paused for a moment, surprised by the young prince's recognition. "Yes, that's right," he nodded, a small smile on his face.
"I was wondering," Felix began, taking a step closer. "Can you paint my portrait too? I really want one of my own to hang in my room."
Hyunjin was surprised by the sudden request. "Of course, Your Highness," he said with a polite bow. "It would be my pleasure to paint a portrait of you as well."
Felix was overjoyed. "Thank you, Hyunjin. I'll make sure to take care of any expenses incurred by this request. Just say the word and you shall have what you need."
Hyunjin smiled, appreciative of Felix's generosity. "Thank you, Your Highness. I shall do my best to capture your likeness and make it a masterpiece."

Hyunjin was in his studio, pouring his heart and soul into the portrait of the Prince. His brushstrokes were precise and detailed, capturing every angle of Minho's face. He had been working on the painting for days, determined to make it perfect.
Suddenly, the studio door creaked open, letting in a blast of cold air. Hyunjin looked up to see Minho standing in the doorway, a small smile on his face.
"Hyunjin, may I see the portrait so far?" Hyunjin hesitated for a moment, unsure if he should show the unfinished work. But then he realized that it would be an honor to have the Prince see his art.
"Of course, Your Highness," he said, standing up and leading Minho to the easel. He pointed to the painting, which was about halfway finished.
Minho's eyes widened as he took in the details, impressed by the skill with which Hyunjin had captured his features. "It's perfect! I can't wait to hang it after it's completion."
Hyunjin felt relieved and happy. He was honestly scared how the prince would react but now that the prince is satisfied, he couldn't help but be overjoyed.
"Umm, Hyunjin... Would you like to accompany me to the forest for hunting? You see, Chan and Felix are the only people close to me other than you. Chan is busy helping the queen for an upcoming event and Felix...well, he's in his own sweet world."
The prince and the painter have gotten very close lately. Despite their differences, they fit each other pretty well and are similar in numerous ways.
"Oh, I see. In that case I'd love to go hunting with you." Hyunjin agreed, it would be fun going to the forest since he loves the nature.
"Great!! We'll be leaving within an hour then."
"Alright!"
