CHAPTER 002- Is will there?

                                                                  

'Dustin hurry up! We have to go, we can't be late!' I literally scream at my brother. He came home last night pretty late considering that today it's Monday and we cannot be late for school.

'Alaska could you please get the phone?' ' Yeah in a minute mom!'

'Hey Alaska! It's Joyce.' 'Hi Joyce! How are you?'
'Hey, listen did Will came over there last night to stay with Dustin? ' - Joyce asked in a worrying voice. 'No, Dustin came alone last night. Why did something happened?'- the girl asked getting worry
'No, I was just asking, maybe he got to school early.'- she wasn't convince by Joyce tone and to be the truth she feared something had happen.

After putting a way in her locker the books that she doesn't need, she was greeted by her friend Miles.

 'Dude I just come up with the best music ever for your dance routine. And before you protest it gives Vivaldi but with more beat to it. And your goanna love it, so you can shake your pom pom or do pirouette or what ever the hell you do. So all I'm asking, is give it a try' - Miles comes up with all of the song I dance to and he always has a talent for it, so I know he did something cool - 'You know I trust you man'-  she said smiling to him.

Before she could ask him about something, she saw her friend Nancy and Barb come up to her. 'Hi Alaska! And hi Miles! '  'Sup there Nance! Hello there Barbara. How are- ' - before Miles could finish her sentence Alaska interrupt him- 'So miss did he call or not?'- she asked to Nance while Miles giving her an offensive look that she interrupt him. Well he also flipped her off... She just rolled her eyes at him. 'Keep your voice down!'- Nancy said to her and she just rolled here eyes  again- 'Did he?'- she asked again- 'I told you, it's not like that... Okay, I mean, yes, he likes me, but not like that. We just... made out a couple time.'- her friend said smiling at her.

'We just...made out a couple times.'- Alaska said in a dramatic way with a smirk on her face. - 'You know next thing he will be asking is... well you know how that goes..'- Alaska always love to tease Nancy around, and Nancy liked how Alaska messed around with her or when she would flirt with her- 'To shake your pom-pom. ' - Miles finished the sentence for her.

'Serially your gonna be so cool now, it's ridiculous.'- Barb said to Nancy - 'No, I'm not and by the way Alaska it's cool to and she hangs out with us.'

 'All I'm saying you better not become friends with Tommy H. and Carol'- Barb finish calling her friend out. And when Nancy open her locker, she finds a letter from Steve, that ask her to meet in the bathroom.
'Shake it like a pom-pom.'- Miles said while walking away with Alaska.

Alaska always loved when her after school activity started. She could dance for hours and never get tired of it . 

Right know Miles was just showing her the new dance song and she was improvising doing emboité, splits and turns. She was just feeling the beat within every move... And then she felt to eyes staring at her, watching everything she does like he was mesmerized.

'That was so freaking good Miles. I already have so many ideas.' The girl said walking to Miles. 'Told you will like it miss. You got to start believing in me more you know what I mean. Like I'm offended that you though it wasn't going to be good.'- she smiled rolling her eyes at him before giving a hug at him and going to Steve.

 'You looked incredible. To be honest your dancing was way more better than everyone in there.' 'Thank you Steve but I think everybody did amazing here so don't try to rase my ego.' 'Okay you have a point, anyways I have to ask you something. My parents are going out of town this weekend soo long story short party at my house this Saturday. Tommy H. Carol, and Nancy with Barb will be there so your coming. You can also ask Miles to come. '- the boy finished talking and every time he specked, for Alaska it was like the whole inter world went silence and it was just him and her.... Like she always wanted- 'So are you in?' - he asked again. 

'Thank you for the offer but if you really thinking that I will be coming you must be really  delusional. Because I'm not going to be there if those who you call friend and follow like a lost poppet are going to be there. So you got my answer didn't you big boy.' -before Steve could protest, she just walked away.

 And Steve just watch her while she took her thing and leave, and he just stood there and smiled to himself.

 Because she liked when he gave her a sassy attitude, or when she would get frustrated when she couldn't get her hair that she had cut in layers in a ponytail, or when she couldn't see when the sun hurt her ocean blue eyes. She liked everything about her but she didn't like him.

She made sure of it when she introduce Nancy to him. But he needs to stop thinking like that because he likes Nancy and that's it... so why did his heart think otherwise.
