Tom's - POV

Hearing that voice my heart started beating again it was Bill he just woke up "damn Bill you gave me a fucking scare, don't do it again you little devil " I said hugging Bill "I was listening to everything I was just acting" Bill said with a smile "then I can name one of my nieces" Bill said smiling at me and hugging me "of course you asshole " I said with a smile "I'll go tell the boys and your girlfriend that you woke up, don't move from here" I said laughing "how the hell did I'm going to move I'm connected to some machines" Bill said smiling

I was in the room with Rachel and the girls were worried because it was already 8:00 am and they hadn't given us any news from Bill
At that precise moment Tom came in with a sad and down face "Tom what's up, what's up with Bill" I said while looking at Tom "Bill didn't resist" Tom said with a sad voice "Bill didn't resist and he's going to name one of our daughters" Tom said "damn Tom don't scare me like that" I said laughing Tom started laughing "Bill It's fine, he woke up seriously, he woke up" Rachel said with a happy voice "yes sister-in-law Bill woke up" Rachel can't stand it and ran out to see Bill

Bill's - POV

I had gone through a surgery  I was completely sore but happy that the girls were fine sadly he had been born premature but they were fine just like Taylor I heard someone opened the door " Bill my love you are fine " Rachel said with tears and a beautiful smile " of course I'm fine my love I will never abandon you, you are my future wife and the future mother of my children" I said as I hugged her tight, Gustav and George entered "damn Bill you gave us all a fucking scare we thought we were losing you" Georg said wiping his tears " don't do that to us again, you little idiot" Gustav said approaching me to give me a big hug " Damn Gustav, slow down I've just had surgery" I said while laughing "have you seen the girls or still" I said while holding Rachel's hand "ohh.. I saw them are beautiful they look a lot like Tom and you in the female version " Rachel said smiling at me " Hey... Bill that smile means that your babies will come soon " Gustav said laughing " how do you think a little girl taking care of babies please Gustav stop playing " Georg said giving Rachel a smile I just laughed, I heard that someone opened the door it was Tom "Bill they're going to change your room you're going to be together with Taylor it's a big room and  fit on the two stretchers you're going to meet the girls" Tom said with a smile "we have a whole corridor and a whole room just for the Kaulitz family" Tom said "great then they are going to change me now or later" I said I was so happy that I could meet my nieces (good morning Mr. Kaulitz we prepare a stretcher next to Taylor's for you) the doctor said (you're ready to meet the twins) the doctor said while they lifted me up slowly so as not to hurt me

We were waiting for Bill and the others to come up Bill had his own bed next to mine and in the middle were the two girls around the room were some sofas for the other boys and Rachel (Miss Kaulitz congratulations on your two daughters we bring you a special guest) the doctor said as I saw Bill's happy face in a wheelchair "Bill you are fine you had me very worried well you had us very worried" I said smiling at Bill "come closer these are your nieces" I said while laughing a little Bill slowly approached the twins the two girls were sleeping "fuck Taylor they didn't take anything from you" Bill said smiling at me "Princess you know Bill is going to name one of the babies" Tom said "they are beautiful Tom they are exactly like us "Bill said with a smile and some tears coming down his face
"Yes, I know that Bill is going to name one of the babies" I said smiling warmly at Bill "You already thought what you are going to call her" I said looking at Bill " Yes... I  name her Bella" Bill said with a smile taking the small hand of one of the babies "Bella, it's beautiful Bill" I said smiling warmly

Tom's - POV

I love the name that my brother had given to one of the babies "Bella and Ella Kaulitz Welcome to the world princesses" I said looking at the two babies...
