Months

It had already been 4 months since we heard the great news that Rachel and Bill were going to be parents we were all happy for them Bill was very excited to find out the gender of the baby or maybe babies Rachel wanted to wait until 4 months to go for an ultrasound to find out how many babies they would have and what gender they would be and today is the great day we were all getting ready to go with them Ella and Bella are already walking so now they follow me everywhere "hello princesses" Tom said entered to the room and carried the twins and giving me a kiss on the forehead since Bill and Rachel gave us the news I started to feel a little bad and I didn't know what it was
I didn't want to tell Tom so he wouldn't worry but I was also going to the hospital to have some tests to see what was wrong with me the only one who knew it was Rachel
"Good morning" Bill said entered the room
"Good morning Bill" I said smiling
"Taylor, I'm worried you know when you have  four months pregnant  your baby bump is already showing a bit and Rachel isn't showing it yet" Bill said, sitting next to Tom
"Bill, you don't have to worry, all bodies are different" I said while I was carrying the twins to change their clothes
"Calm down little brother, you're going to have a healthy baby or maybe  babies" Tom said hugging Bill "You know I have a feeling they're twins too" I said smiling
"You think Taylor ? why do you say that" Bill said "Seriously you ask why ,  you are twins whit Tom and  Tom has twin daughters" I said smiling
"Well maybe you're right I'm very excited to know" Bill said
"Well Bill let's go we'll be downstairs with Georg and Gustav waiting for you" Tom said
I finished changing the twins I grabbed them by the hand and walked with them to Bill and Rachel's room "Hello you have little views " I said
as I let the twins walk up to Rachel
" owww hello cutie's " Rachel said
" how are you, are you excited for know how many and what they will be " I said smiling
" The truth is I'm super nervous and what about you how are you going to do the tests so that Tom don't find out " Rachel said
"Well I'll leave Tom with the girls I'll say I'll go to the bathroom and they'll run the tests fast" I said
"I hope your plan works" Rachel said smiling and taking Ella by the hand I took Bella as we went downstairs Morgan left the room and Jacob ran out "good morning girls are you ready for today's big news" Morgan said
"of course we're all excited to find out" I said as we went downstairs
we got downstairs the boys were sitting in the living room waiting for us
"we're ready to go" Morgan said approaching Georg and giving him a kiss
"well let's go" Tom said we put the twins in the car and went on our way to the hospital

Bill's - POV

I was very happy and nervous to find out how many babies we would have and what gender they would be
" My love everything will be fine " Rachel said giving me her hand
" I'm a little worried that it won't show that you're pregnant yet " I said looking at her
" everything is fine my love you don't have to worry about that " Rachel said we were arriving at the hospital and Tom's car and Gustav was in the parking lot
" calm down little brother everything will be fine " Tom said smiling at me we were waiting for Gustav
" I'm sorry guys I got a little lost on the way " Gustav said getting out of the car with food
" you really went to buy food " I said laughing
"It's in case your baby wants to eat right Rachel" Gustav said laughing
"You're absolutely right Gustav" Rachel said smiling we entered the hospital everyone knew us so we didn't have to wait or stand in long lines
(good morning Kaulitz twins) the doctor said
(oh I see the girls are already walking) the doctor said "yes they are already walking" Taylor said smiling
(well soon they will have to teach another Kaulitz to walk) the doctor said smiling at me
(The  room is ready we just need the mother) the doctor said we went into the room  everything was ready Taylor looked nervous I noticed her like this since we entered the hospital
"Taylor are you okay? You look a little pale" I said
"Yes Bill I'm fine but I need that you and Tom to look at the twins for a second while I'm going to the bathroom quickly" Taylor said
"of course don't worry go" I said
Rachel lay back on the bed waiting for the doctor to come back because he had to do a quick test first

I left the room to go to the room where they were going to do the tests
I was very nervous and if I was sick or something like that
(well Miss Taylor I'm risking my life doing this without the Kaulitz twins being aware) the doctor said "I know doctor but it's a quick test so please don't say anything" I said the doctor did the tests
(well the result will come out in about 15 minutes then I'll call you personally so you know what the test say) the doctor said leaving the room I left and went to the room where the guys were
the twins were all over the place walking and Tom trying to control them looked so cute
"Tom I told you they have the same character as Taylor" Bill said
"Why do you say that Bill" Tom said
"because they are stubborn and they don't let themselves be controlled and they try to escape whenever they can" Bill said laughing Morgan started laughing and Tom was serious it was so funny to see Tom trying to control two babies

Bill's - POV

The doctor arrived and prepared Rachel to do the ultrasound
(well...well...we'll see the heartbeat of the baby or babies first) the doctor said
(...Bump...Bump..Bump) my baby's heartbeat was heard I was so happy that I couldn't help but shed a tear
(ohh...I think...ohhh) the doctor said moving the device to the left side of Rachel's belly
(...Bump...Bump ...Bump) was heard again the doctor quickly switched to the screen to see
(...well....well...what do we have here) the doctor said "what's up doctor" I said a little nervously the guys started to laugh and murmur
(....Well...the Kaulitz family is going to have.....other twins) the doctor said my heart stopped for a moment the boys started to celebrate and I approached to Rachel to give her a kiss
(...the part that everyone was waiting..... what they will be this time) the doctor  said enlarging the images a bit (...the twins are BOYS congratulations Bill) the doctor said I couldn't believe it even Tom, Georg and Gustav got up to celebrate and jump
(Everything is fine with the pregnancy there is no problem and the children look healthy) the doctor said Taylor and Morgan got up to hug Rachel
(Well...I think that one.....) the doctor was interrupted by one of the nurses who had an exam in his hand
(Mr. Tom Kaulitz the results of his girlfriend's exam ) the nurse said we were all surprised

Tom's - POV

Taylor's results what the hell was this nurse talking about
(no... Miss Linda those results...) the doctor said but I interrupted him before finishing
"Taylor do you want to explain to me what the hell is the nurse talking about" I said looking at Taylor
"Tom I was going to tell you but I didn't know how" Taylor said
"but what the hell is happening" I said
"Tom please let me explain" Taylor said
"doctor what the fuck do the results say" I said while looking seriously at Taylor
