Tom's - POV

I was at the hospital waiting for one of the doctors to give me some news, I had Rachel in my arms trying to calm her down "Tom, if something happens to your brother, if your brother didn't resist surgery, promise me something" Rachel said while I held her in my arms "tell me what, Rachel" I said while holding her tight while tears fell down her cheeks "promise you'll kill me" Rachel said, what she had said reminded me a lot of when the accident happened in which Taylor died for a few minutes "calm down Rachel, Bill will be strong, he is strong and he will be with you again."

"Tom you have to be there for the birth of your daughters go" Rachel said looking at me with a tender smile they were all right Rachel was a little girl "thank you Rachel, Bill was not wrong to make you my sister-in-law" I said as I hugged her and I ran to the elevator to go up to the maternity floor

(perfect Mr. Kaulitz we were waiting for you, you can put on this gown to enter the room where we have Taylor) the doctor said I went to the bathroom to change and enter the room (we are ready Mr. Kaulitz Taylor is anesthetized and it lasts for your daughters to come out safe) the doctor said I saw how they opened Taylor and took out one of the babies (Mr. Kaulitz, your first daughter is out of danger) (baby cries) I heard how my daughter cried for the first time I was waiting for the other baby. I woke up with a strong pain in the abdomen.
I felt my belly more relieved as if the babies were not there.
I got up and sat on the bed. I saw my belly and I had a cut, that meant that the babies were not inside me "TOMMMM" I yelled "HELP" ...." I screamed and two nurses came in trying to calm me down, one of them screamed (Mr. Kaulitz, your girlfriend woke up) Tom ran into the room "Hello baby, everything is fine, the babies are fine, they are healthy and out of danger" Tom said looking at me with a smile "but what happened why they were born earlier than expected" I said
"after angel shot you , Bill automatically pushed you and the bullet hit him because of the  fall the babies moved and the placenta broke so we had to take them out or they would die" Tom said
"Bill took the bullet for me how is he ? where is....  how is Rachel ? " I said worried
"we don't have any news about Bill yet" Tom said I couldn't believe what was happening it was a bittersweet feeling for having the babies with us but not knowing if Bill would survive.....
