Pete rolled his eyes at Mike's apology. But he couldn't shrug off what had just happened. It had made him feel...what was it? Nervous? Anxious? But all he knew was that he hadn't felt this kind of emotion before in his entire life. A part of him wanted to forgive the vampire guy but a part of him also wanted to make the other male fight for his forgiveness. A small fragment of him said that Mike could go fuck himself.
Surprisingly this was on his mind all day even when the other male ordered him around like a dog for the next two hours. He wanted to punch the other in the face for giving him orders but he ended up shutting up for now, planning to yell at him after their shift ended as not to make a scene. Though unfortunately he had to ring the fucking fat piece of shit up since obviously Mike wouldn't do it since he was too big of a coward.
He sighed as he went up to the fat boy, knowing he couldn't do much to save himself. "Can I like...take your order or whatever?" He did as he'd practiced earlier from when the older male bossed him around. That sicko. He balled his hands into fists as he thought of his enemy. That fucking conformist. That poser. That fuckboy. The one who'd made people mistake the goths for him and his gang.
"You know," the fatass began as he looked at his hand like a king would do. "I'd say you like Vampir. Look how angry you get over the smallest things Peter."
"For the last time it's Pete and back off!" the hair flip goth narrowed his eyes at the brunette. He could hear one of his coworkers walk by and immediately had to shut his mouth. "So what do you want?"
"Nothing." The fat boy winked at the goth. "Though I'm sure your buddies would want a lot of things."
"No...don't tell them alright?" He let out a sigh, temporarily letting his guard down. "I like...need this job I guess."
Smirking, the brunette stood up. "That's all I needed to hear. Good day to you Peter."
"It's Pete."
After the nuisance to society left, Pete just wanted a break. He just wanted to sit in his bed and watch angst movies. Man, he regretted taking this job. It would probably get like worse from here anyway. He guessed that was the life of a conformist. Now he was even more glad he wasn't a part of any conformist activities or clubs whatsoever. His mind then wandered to the boy who'd just left. Why the fuck was he there for three whole hours? Was he observing him? No, the other had no reason to stalk him unless...
He wouldn't think about that. Straightening his apron, he looked at the clock and saw that it was almost closing time. Thank the lords now he could go home and just return to his non conformist lifestyle. Rather than helping the other clean the table, he just thought about the potential things Cartman could do. Man...it wasn't safe. The fatass never kept secrets.
His thoughts then switched to the different angst movies he had. If none were appealing tonight he'd watch some horror film. Horror movies were always interesting even if he knew what happened in them. He had all kinds of horror movies in his collection. Some went from straight up lame to horrifyingly creepy. He liked creepy since he'd always eat popcorn while watching the films at his house. Though at his friends' houses, he'd smoke since his goth buddies's families let them do whatever.
Sometimes it just wasn't fair. Why was it that everyone else could be themselves? It's not like he could control who he was. He stiffened though as he could feel that he was being observed. He turned around sharply and saw that it was none other than Mike Makowski. What in whoever's name was over watching them that was likely not watching over them but just some made up tale to scare kids was fucking Mike Makowski doing staring at him?
He cleared his throat as he folded his arms across his chest. Seeing as the other was still observing him, he cleared his throat once more. This didn't seem to work so he gave up and turned around. This day just kept getting weirder and weirder. He quickly went over to tend to some other people's orders, wanting to do it by himself to get extra practice in without the vampire dude bossing him around. He ended up doing a lot better this time. He still talked like a conformist but he was getting better at paying attention and listening to specifically what the folks at the said tables needed. Most importantly, he kept track of what table needed what. Maybe this job wouldn't be so bad after all. Though he did note to himself to bring a notepad and pen tomorrow so that he could better remember the orders in case the day came again where he slipped up.

"Thank you for eating at Benny's." Mike warmly waved goodbye to some customers who were leaving. He grabbed their dishes and cleaned the dirty tables. He then went back to the cash register so he could attend to more customers. He then looked at his watch.
8:12pm
Only about an hour to go.
If Mike was being honest, he was surprised with his work ethic. Maybe it was because it was the first day and he wanted to leave a good impression with his boss.
If anything, these last few hours were boring as hell for Mike. He has nothing to do except work and work and work and work. He couldn't even TRY to make small talk with Pete because the goth absolutely hated him. Plus, who would want to talk to a guy that kidnapped him?
"Thank you for eating at Benny's!" Mike said, less unenthusiastic and warmly as before. He totaled up some other customers and then looked at his watch.
9:28pm
Only two more minutes!
Mike smiled and showed Pete the time so the other knew that it was almost time to clean up. Mike looked around, there wasn't many people now except two groups of fourth graders at tables 9 and 7.
The two groups had been hanging out there for hours and had only been ordering the cheapest thing available (water and coffee). Mike wanted to kick them out but it reminded him of the time when his vampire gang would do the same thing. Hell, didn't Pete's gang of goths go here a lot too?
"I wonder if Pete gets nostalgic from working here..." Mike thought as he mopped the floors. Most of the customers were gone now, and the two groups of kids started to leave in rows.
He signals to Pete to finish cleaning the tables while he did the dishes. After he was done with that, he made Pete a coffee and sat at table 4 with him.
Mike puts down his coffee cup. It's very silent between the two. Too silent. Which makes Mike, the extrovert he is, start to worry, so he attempts to make small talk:
"So uh," He begins, "Are you a top or a bottom, per say?"
