CHAPTER 12 "LIES"

"Really?!" Mingyu told the guys about the dinner last night and they were shocked to hear about it

"Do you think her parents like you?" Jun asked

"I think" Mingyu is not sure of his answer

"I'm so happy for you gyu your finally a grown up now" Dokyeom wipe his fake tears

"She changed you so much gyu" Woozi seriously said

"Are you serious about Tzuyu?" Seungcheol suddenly asked

"If your serious about her your life will be very complicated" Wonwoo said making the topic serious

"We really support you with whatever you want Gyu but this is different" Jeonghan said

"Your mother might disapprove" Joshua added

"So what?" Mingyu lean on the couch and cross his arms wanting to avoid the topic. Meanwhile the four guys just sigh at his answer

"Were not stopping you, were just saying" Minghao tap his shoulder then left the room

"Your mother can do anything, she might hurt the both of you" Joshua also left the room after that.

"Dahyun told us about Mingyu having a dinner in your house the other night" Chaeyoung give Tzuyu a teasing look

"He drove me home unfortunately mom saw him and asked him to stay for dinner" Tzuyu said, not minding the teasing and just continue to eat her food

"I sense that he likes you Tzu" Mina said looking at the guy behind Tzuyu.

Tzuyu furrow her eyebrow before looking at where Mina is looking. Once she turn around she saw Mingyu looking at her. He give her a smile when there eyes met. Tzuyu felt butterflies in her stomach and immediately avoided his gaze.

"Why are you avoiding his gaze huh" Momo poke Tzuyu's arms which she annoyingly shove

"I'm out of here" she suddenly stand up which caught the other girls of guard.

She's acting differently. That's what they thought.

Mingyu on the other hand was curious why Tzuyu suddenly left when she still didn't finish her foods. He follow her outside the cafeteria and grab her arms to stop her from walking but to his surprise she shove it harshly.

"What's wrong Tzuyu?" Mingyu asked, looking at the girl infront of him

"leave me alone" her eyes show hatred

He was hurt by the looks in her eyes but he choose not to show it.

"I will not do that" Mingyu said, seriousness is vivid in his voice

"Why not?!" Tzuyu let out her anger

She shouted that out load goodthing no one was in the hallway because all the students are in the cafeteria or library right now.

"Because i like you!" He wasn't planning to confess to her like this but he don't have a choice

On the other hand Seventeen and the girls was in the exit in the cafeteria when they accidentally heard Mingyu's confession. All of them felt happy for the two but after a minute there expression change.

"Stop liking me" coldness never left her face

"Why?" Mingyu was truly hurt by her words

"Because i don't like you!" She tried her best to hide her true feelings

"Then i will make you like me!" Mingyu looks so desperate this time

"Don't try Mingyu because i will never like someone like you" Tzuyu said and turn around to continue walking. Once she turn her back to Mingyu her tears that she's been stopping, starts falling.

Mingyu was left there with a broken heart. She look at her back walking away from him.

"But why did you explained the other day if you don't like me" Mingyu's voice weakened

Tzuyu sigh deeply and wipe her tears before she face him again with her cold face.

"I planned to make you fall for me and now that you already did, i will let you experience the pain. Think of this as a revenge" After saying that she left as if what she said was nothing but for Mingyu it's different.

Tzuyu's last words stab his heart. All this time he thought she likes him too since her actions says it but all of it was just a lie. Mingyu couldn't stop his tears so he just let it out. His heart break into small pieces as her words keep on repeating in his mind.

Meanwhile the girls and boys that witnessed the scene was frozen in there spot. All of them couldn't utter a word. Hearing those from Tzuyu shocked them even the girls. Tzuyu hate Mingyu at first but they witnessed how she got so close to him from time to time. They didn't expect Tzuyu to be that mean.

"Mingyu stop!" Seungcheol shouted when he saw how there hangout room is so messy

"Just because of a girl you're being like this?" What Hoshi said trigger Mingyu.

He run towards him and grab his collar and was going to punch him but the others stop him.

"Mingyu enough!" Jeonghan said grabbing Mingyu away from Hoshi.

It took them a little while before they successfully separated the two. Mingyu shove all the hands that was holding him and let out his frustration by punching the wall. A minute later his fist starts to bleed. He sat on the floor and his tears starts falling again. His friends sigh looking at him being a mess. They have never seen this side of Mingyu before because his always a violent person. He might look tough on the outside but he is fragile in the inside.

On the other hand Wonwoo couldn't stand his friend being like this so he went out to look for someone without the guys knowing. He keep looking around only to find her in her locker. She grab her wrist and bring her to a place where they can be alone.

"Let go of me" the girl keep trying to escape from his grip

"Did you know about this?" Wonwoo face her, his grip getting tight

"Your hurting me" Instead of answering him she keep on trying to escape from his hold

"Are you also behind this?!" Wonwoo shouted causing Mina to get scared

"W-what are you-" Mina's tears started to form in her eyes

"Stop acting innocent. Your friend with Tzuyu you must have know about this" Wonwoo didn't let go of her wrist

"I don't know anything" Mina lowered her head because she's scared to look at him

"Stop lying Mina!" He let go of her wrist but he grab her shoulder.

"I'm telling the truth" she said between her sobs

"Don't ever show yourself and your friends infront of me again" Wonwoo said and push her causing for her to stumble.

He left her all alone in the garden and that's when her tears starts falling. She doesn't know why his so angry. His eyes full of hatred and anger. His grip was hard that her white skin turns to red. Her wrist hurt from his grip but her heart is also in pain. Her heart is in pain for an unknown reason.
