The Black Name || Harry Potter X Cassidy Black

:Kindergarten :

Cassidy cringed at the boy in front of her. He was trying to get her to notice him, she had noticed, just not in a good way. Not at all. She had noticed he was mean, and he had two lunch boxes. Meaning he stole one from someone.

I looked around trying to avoid his gaze, when I meet someone else's. There was a raven haired boy in the corner. His hair was ruffled, and he had round glasses on. She decided that he might be nice, so she walked over to him. "Hi! I'm Cassidy!" She said while she outreached her hand, for him to shake. "Hello, I'm Harry" he said quietly while shaking her hand

"Can we be friends?" She asked as she looked at him with hopeful eyes. "Oh, of course we can!" He replied with a new happiness in his voice. The normal kindergarten classes went by, with lunch just starting.

"Harry, are you going to eat?" She asked obliviously. Harry looked up at her and smiled, "I don't have a lunch today." He said calmly. Cassidy finally caught on and she was enraged. "Did Dudley steal your lunch?! Why that little-" you said as you stood up. "No, I mean yes but it's fine" Harry said quickly, cutting you off.

Harry was surprised that you knew so many words at such a young age. Cassidy calmed down and she offered him a new solution, "We'll split my lunch, I am not letting my new friend go hungry." I say joyful as I split my whole lunch in half.

:4th grade:

After Cassidy realized that Harry wasn't going to have lunches, she had her mum pack two lunches. One for her and one for Harry.

"You know, you don't have to bring me a lunch everyday." Harry said as Cassidy handed him his portion of the lunch. "Yes I do. I'm not letting you starve, you go through that enough over summer." She said as they both started eating.

"Cassie, I'm fine really." Harry said as he finished his sandwich, "Next year, you don't have to bring me lunches everyday." Cassidy looked up from her applesauce. "Dude, that's if you live without food for that long. Summer break starts tomorrow, and I don't know how much food your gonna get. Which is why I decided a plan." She said in response.

His expression was a look of, 'What did you do?' She pulled out a price of parchment and showed Harry her plan. "Okay, so here's the deal. I convinced my parents to let me have the old office as my bedroom, which means I'm right across from your room. We can see each other through our windows. So if you ever need food, just throw a paper aeroplane or something through my window. I'll see it and throw you some food." She explained as Harry looked more and more dumbfounded with every word. "Got it?" She asked.

He nodded his head in response and she grabbed their trash and walked over to the trash can. "Still hanging around with the stupid Potter huh?" She heard a voice say from behind her. "No I'm not hanging out with the stupid Potter, I'm hanging out with the amazing, sweet and kind Potter" Cassidy stated as she walked back to Harry

As she got back to their table she saw Harry wore an amused look. "What?" She asked clearly confused. "Oh nothing" he said as he got up. They both headed to their next class, while perfecting Cassidy's summer plan.
