"Hermione!" I said as I ran to the open door. "Cassie!" She responded running past her mum. I did the same and we met in the middle. "I'm so glad that your here! Even though we're gonna see each other again tomorrow." I said giggling a bit.

We walked more inside of the house we started to talk about our summers. "Cassie, why don't you and Hermione go walk around. Maybe to the park, get some fresh air?" My mum said shooing us out of the house.

"Probably wanted to talk about 'adult stuff" I said as we walked down Privet Drive. "Here, we can go to the park, it's right here" I announced as I pointed to the swings and sat down on one.

"So what did you think our parents wanted to talk to each other about?" Hermione asked sweetly. I shrugged my shoulders, "I don't know, maybe drama. My mum is a total drama fanatic!"

I made sure I was being as dramatic as possible, trying mimic my mum. We both started dying of laughter. "Ok well did you get anything from Ginny or any of the Weasleys, on their trip?" Hermione asked as we started swinging.

"Yup, I got a letter from Ginny, Gred, and Ron. Though Ron only sent one when I asked him how it was. I honestly can't wait to see them all to-" I was cut off by wheels grinding on the pavement down the street.

I looked up and saw Harry with his trunk, speed walking toward us not realizing we were here. He sat down on the curb, still not looking up at us, still not noticing us. "Harry?" I asked as I got up and walked over to him.

He whipped his head around. "Cass?" I smiled and hugged him. "Where have you been? I haven't seen you all summer!" I said as I staying in his embrace a few moments longer.

"I honestly thought that the Dursley's sent you off somewhere, like a camp or something. I missed you." I continued.

"I wish, summer was just like all the others." Harry said sadly, but with a hint of frustration. "Wait why are you and Hermione here? I thought we were meeting at the leaky cauldron tomorrow?" He said as he pulled away.

"We are, but my parents wanted to meet Hermione's since we're always talking about one another. Their here for dinner." I explained. "You should come have dinner with us!" You gasped.

After much convincing Harry obliged and you were all walking to your house. When you heard Harry's uncle screaming at him, thinking he was going there instead.

"You've no where to go! Your not coming back, ever! Not tomorrow and not next summer!"

"Geez dude! What did you do that was that bad? Oh did you give Dudley ears to match his tail?" I asked trying not to laugh.

Hermione looked dumbfounded beside us and we just laughed even harder. Once we finally regained our composure, Harry spoke.

"No, wish I did but no. I may or may not have blown up my aunt, she was talking bad about my parents and I got mad and then she turned into a human balloon."

"Harry!" Hermione slapped his arm.

"What? It's funny when you think about it." I said defending Harry.

When we got to my house we all walked in on Hermione and mines mums conversation.

"Defense against the dark arts. I think I should tell her, he is her family after all. Plus she will find out eventually, I mean he knows who she is so."

I heard my mum say from the kitchen. Was she talking about me? And who was my family? What's going on?

"Mum! What are you talking about? Did you say I have other family?" I asked genuinely curious.

"Oh Cassie!" She jumped. "You guys scared me. Yes Cassidy, you have an uncle, Remus Lupin, he will be teaching at Hogwarts. He will be the new defense against the dark arts teacher."

I stared at her in shock. I had an uncle who I would get to meet soon! Now I am ever more excited to get back to Hogwarts.

"Oh ok! By the way, Harry is having dinner with us if that's ok."

"Of course it is, he's always welcome here!" My mother said.

Dinner went by pretty smoothly, there wasn't anything very interesting going on so it was decently boring. Finally it was time for me, Harry, and Hermione to leave.

"Alright I'll drive them to the leaky cauldron where I'll send them off with Molly." I heard Hermione's mum say as she was walking into the living room where all three of us were.

"Come on children, we don't want to arrive too late, now do we?"

We all ran to get into her car, putting our trunks into the back. I ran to get in but Harry beat me to it, which means I would be stuck in the middle of Hermione and Harry.

You audibly groaned as you got in next to Harry, Hermione right behind you.

"Okay. Next stop, The Leaky Cauldron!" She said as you all started to drive there, it would be quiet a long drive so you decided to just sleep on the way.
