Pip's pov

"Mom! Can I go to Cara's?"Pip asked from her bedroom

"Sure!" Her mother replied as she entered her daughter's room.

"Who's going to be there pickle?" Her dad stood beside her mother, curious.

"Gosh dad you scared me" Pip dramatically put her hand on her chest and pretended to faint and then countinued " Just the squad, me , cara, Naomi, Connor, Jamie, nat and Ravi"

"A little get together huh?" Her dad started " Okay but be back by one"

"Sure, but I might stay over at Cara's, is that okay?"Pip asked her mother while grabbing an Oreo

"That's fine, take care, and did you steal one of my Oreos?"her mother replied

"Oops,now I ate it" Pip smiled as she quickly tossed the biscuit in her mouth"Bye mom, I am in my room packing!" "Okay!" Her mother's voice sailed across the house.

She was in her room now, she had already packed her essentials when she went to the bathroom, and it smelled like bleach and she's cutting up her stuff and flushing it, she had killed a man, no, she couldn't think like this now.

It had been just a bit over than a week of her coming back, and she had already had seen 6 police cars and thought they were for her.

Packing. focus on packing.

Josh's pov

Was it only him thinking that his sister was acting odd, he had already seen whatever she wrote in her EPQ he knew everything Pip did about Andie, but Pip didn't know that.He climbed up the stairs and knocked on his sister's door and slowly opened the door, her new rucksack was here, as she had lost her old one, and she was no where to be seen.

"Hippo Pippo?"Josh called out, he was now 15, his birthday just being last month, " Pip? Where are you?"

Pip opened the door and came out the bathroom, she saw him and said "what's wrong little bro? What's it that you want to talk to - she flipped her hair - ✨me✨?"

He was nervous, nobody else had pointed it out, he was probably imagining it "N-nothing, uhm could you uh not g-go today?" He had a stuttering problem since he was in year eight, and it had stayed till year ten.

"Oh, I'm sorry but I have promised them that I will come,don't worry I will be back" Pip told Josh and zipped her bag, kissed josh on the head and walked downstairs, leaving him behind.

"Good bye! Love you all!" Pip called out to her family and left

"Good bye! Love you too!" Her mom and dad answered in unison.
