"It's rude to stare."

"Don't forget the keys! I'll be there in a second!" A voice projected from the bedroom, the door sealing the distance was merely inches from closing shut. An Australian shepherd pup of 9 months old was jumping at the knobbed handle, pushing the wooden slab further inwards, giving a particular redhead perfect sight of a beauty.

Jaxx and Sora had been waiting and planning this night out for weeks and now they were finally able to have it! The bundle of fluff proceeded to skid across the spruce wood planks, waddling from man to man within the apartment.

"Good boy, Prince!" The redhead praised, scratching behind the dog's ear before turning back up to see a cyan-blue haired man in a tied up checkered pattern shirt and black shorts, his hair was fluffed just over his ears where a lot of chained silver jewellery dangled from. Lips were a flushed shade of red and flame-shaped glasses were displayed atop his head. It didn't matter if it was 9 PM and the sun was setting, it was for the look! Jaxx looked at him in a mesmerised shock, despite having already seen his fiancé dressed up all out before, that man never ceased to amaze him. "Sora, darling, you look stunning!"

"I know, Jaxx, when do I never?" The cyan-blue one joked, his confidence was what always enlightened the mood in a room, and sometimes got his partner up at night. Sora strolled over to his fiancé, Prince following him like a lost duckling, and hooked his arm around Jaxx's plaid jacket. The redhead's outfit was merely simple, a plain white V-neck Tee and ripped black denim jeans. The two wore matching converse shoes and Jaxx stumbled with the keys in his back pocket.
The two shared a kiss and said goodbye to their dog as they stepped out through the dark grey panel door.

The car ride there was like any other, music, quick chat, Jaxx forgetting to keep his eyes on the road, etcetera....
When the two had finally arrived, Jaxx pulled up to an empty parking space a couple roads away from the building as it was situated in a centre part of a city street. They trusted that they wouldn't forget nor get too drunk to take the correct car home.

Muffled music was heard from the inside to the outside,Sora held onto Jaxx tight as if he were to be swept away by the ongoing crowds of people at any moment. The taller male laughed at this, but promised to keep him safe nevertheless.

Their night was a fine time! A couple drinks, a couple chats, and definitely silenced dirty talk and flirting - perhaps a bit more than usual. The couple met up with Levi at one of the booths in the corner where they decided to talk about life and grab some food to sober up. Sora excused himself quickly to go to the bathroom but dragged Jaxx along with him to have someone to hold onto through the crowd. The black haired boy paid no mind to this and they all ended up getting up and travelling to the other side of the hall, continuing their conversation.

The room wasn't that big so to say, but it wasn't small either. Enough tables to bump into, groups to get lost in, but overall, there was still gaps of walking space to go through.
The trio finally reached the opposite wall where the gender neutral bathrooms were. It was a lot quieter, probably because everyone else were at the main area with the drinks and the DJ.

Jaxx and Levi talked outside while Sora went in, catching up on the wedding plans and "adventures" so to speak. The two were always weird but everybody loved them nonetheless. From a distance, Jaxx could have sworn a brunette walking towards the duo, perhaps intoxicated?

"You're so fine!!" The girl giggled, followed by a hiccuping pattern. Definitely drunk. She began to latch onto Jaxx's arm like a snake claiming its territory. Creepy. Levi tried to calm her down and get her off but it then resorted to screams and cries that turned to whines or annoyance. People just stood there watching. The two didn't really know what to do but did their best to calmly resolve this situation as they were aware that she was drunk (or maybe even high). The sounds were loud and they needed some air.

As if on cue, Sora walked out of the bathroom, patting his shorts, to see this messed up girl bawling her eyes out. The shorter male among the group glanced confused looks to the two, unsure of what he walked into. It took a minute of realisation to notice the grip on Jaxx's arm. A pit of jealousy sat at the back of his mind, but he decided to ignore it, they found it best fitting to take the girl outside of the club and give her a drink of water, making sure she was not left vulnerable. What if she got lost from her friends? Maybe she came alone?

They decided it would be best to end their night early, leaving the girl with Levi's company as they bid their farewells for the night. Throughout this predicament, as Levi and Sora were sorting out the routes to the nearest petrol station, the brunette took no concerns in sloppy attempts to make out with the red-haired male. Jaxx, of course, backed away and set her down to sit on a nearby bench.
"Well that's a sight." Sora muttered under his breath. The couple shared looks of sympathy towards the girl, at least, that's what Levi thought, Sora went to approach the poor soul and comforted her with a hug before backing away into Jaxx's arms. She may be drunk but she caught on quick. She began to apologise as they all shared a laugh. After a bit of time, they said their goodbyes, for real this time!

Sora and Jaxx walked side by side with Jaxx's arm wrapping around the smaller man's waist, the cyan-blue make's face tinting it's signature flush. A tiring night for the two to enjoy.
They approached a 7-Eleven and went in to buy a couple snacks and drinks for the drive home. Walking towards separate aisles.

"You're a cute one," a monotone voice smirked from a distance. "mind if I catch your name?" Something about the tone caused a shiver down Jaxx's spine. The redhead couldn't utter a single defence. "Not a talker, huh? Don't worry... I have ways to make you scream." That last part was whispered, meaning that the man had moved closer to Jaxx. With all the energy remaining for the night, Jaxx caught up some words to say.

"I'd appreciate it you could back the fuck away." A surprised reaction came from the creep. He listened and walked away before noticing a streak of blue just pass his line of sight.
"You heard the guy. Back off, fuckwit." Sora's voice had the assertive tone, must be from the bottled jealousy, he got between the gap separating his fiancé and the random but kept his eye contact stern. The man reluctantly gave up and proceeded on with his night. There was a silence between the couple, it was only when the man had left they started to burst into laughter. Sora placed a kiss on Jaxx's lips. It felt affirming and love obsessed, just like their first kiss.

The two finally walked out with a couple sodas and hands intertwined. The looks they got were fulled of the disapproving taste but darling, "it's rude to stare!" they screamed.

Heyyyyy! Y'all know how I've missed yous!
I was going to have angst with arguing in the flats or an end off with an intimate night, but I couldn't think of how it could go round and still fit the plot smoothly. I will still be absent from posting and writing in general but I do hope y'all take care <3
