...
While Mal and Maleficent enjoyed peaceful sleep, their dreams took them down different but equally meaningful paths. In Maleficent's dream, she found herself in a dazzling setting, surrounded by shadows and dancing flames. Hades, his face wreathed in a mysterious smile, loomed before her.
"Maleficent, my beautiful dark fairy, you finally allow me to enter your dreams," murmured Hades in a soft, seductive voice.
Maleficent felt a strange and simultaneously comforting sensation. She knew it was a dream, but she couldn't help the magnetic pull she felt for Hades. The two walked together through a dark and majestic scene, while Hades whispered words that echoed in his soul.
Meanwhile, Mal dreamed of her lover, Ben. She saw herself walking hand in hand with him in an enchanted garden, bathed in soft moonlight. Laughter and lighthearted conversation filled the air as they indulged in the joy of being together.
She could feel Ben's love enveloping her, filling every part of her being. The two danced under the stars, sharing promises of a future filled with love and happiness.
As the dreams flowed, Maleficent and Mal's hearts were gripped by conflicting emotions. Maleficent struggled between a burning desire for Hades and a wariness rooted in her dark past. Mal, for her part, experienced joy and melancholy as she dreamed of the prince who had stolen her heart.
Dreams were like fragments of a distant reality, bringing up deep feelings and questions about their own destiny. As the dream world unfolded around them, both dreamers found themselves in a state of suspension, on the brink of a choice that could shape the course of their lives.
And so, as dawn approached and dreams faded, Maleficent and Mal awoke, taking with them the vivid memories of their nightly visions.
''Finally!'' Hades said standing beside the bed watching Ace. ''I thought you two would never wake up,'' huffed the God with his arms crossed.
''What time is it?'' Mal yawned.
''It's noon,'' he said with an amused look at his daughter.
''Noon!'' Maleficent exclaimed. ''Why didn't you wake us up?'' she asked a little irritated to which Hades shrugged.
''You two were sleeping so soundly. I didn't want to interrupt your rest,'' he said with little interest. ''Did you have sweet dreams?''
''I don't dream'' The Dark Fairy said with conviction.
''Funny, I could have sworn I heard you say my name in your sleep,'' he said with a smile as he looked down at her.
''Then I was definitely having a nightmare.'' Maleficent huffed and got out of bed, stopping in front of the God.
''If you say so...'' he smiles smugly. To which Maleficent rolls her eyes and walks past the man whose celestial blue eyes follow her into the bathroom, where she steps inside and closes the door. Hades looks like he's having fun teasing her. Then the God turned his attention to the daughter who is still in bed.
''And you Maly, did you have sweet dreams?'' he asked and saw her face flush. To which he arched an eyebrow in amusement at her reaction.
''No, I didn't dream about anything,'' she lied and looked away so she didn't have to face her father.
''Serious? Not even a certain boy named Ben?'' He kept his arms crossed as he regarded her with a smug look.
''Oh, please tell me I wasn't talking in my sleep too?'' She asked sheepishly to which Hades just shrugged as he chuckled.
''Like mother, like daughter,'' he said, amused. By which the girl rolled her eyes and fell back onto the pillows and pulled the blanket over her head to hide, she was dying of embarrassment.
The relaxed moment between father and daughter was interrupted by a scream coming from the bathroom. A scream that only belonged to one person, the same one who entered the bathroom a moment ago.
''Maleficent!''
''Mother!''
Mal and Hades screamed in unison and went to help the dark fairy. But when they opened the bathroom door, they didn't expect to see what they saw. And it wasn't the Mistress of Evil standing in front of the mirror with a towel covering her naked body, but the reflection in the mirror in front of her, which wasn't hers but...
''Ben?!'' Mal screamed in shock and disbelief.
