Teddy was sitting at a small table near the back. His eyes slow and bored until he saw Diana approaching.

"Hey teddy bear" she smiled, Teddy jumped up and gave her a big and tight hug. Diana's heart melted at the gesture, she had only met Teddy a hand full of times but it was clear that she made a lasting impression. She passed along the request from Helena, Teddy got up and left to complete his mission. This left Diana to retreat to her room and finally unpack. The room was small but homey, and right next to Helen in case anything were to happen. As Diana unpacked she couldn't help but wonder "What could possibly go wrong?".

~ slight time skip~

during the suns' retirement, people began to head downstairs. Diana's body was still getting used to the time difference but she was still excited. This was one party she is actually looking forward to going to, whether this has to do with a certain European is beyond doubt. The dress she chose was a maroon, 1950's, sweetheart neck with a circled skirt, tied together with black and white t-strap high round toed heels with a bow and black gloves. Her hair was placed up so she could show off her necklace and matching bracelet. Her mother always said "wear two jewels to catch two eyes; earrings with a necklace, or earrings with a bracelet, or a necklace and bracelet", that advise will forever be ingrained in her head.

As soon as Diana opened the door, she could hear music playing loudly and people conversing. Luckily Helena greeted her right, Diana stared harshly at the outfit her sister chose.

"Hey!, how come I was forced to wear a dress while you strutting in a pantsuit?!"

"because I planned on setting you up with some rich man harboring an accent but it seems you found one all on your own" Helena smiled playfully "And older too!".

Her dramatic flare made Diana roll her eyes, "He's just being nice , I bumped into him earlier today". Helena shrugged "I call that fate", before Diana could respond someone else spoke. "I would agree with you, Ms.Shaw" Voller smiled and placed a hand on Diana's back. His men were know where to be seen, he came alone,..but he doesn't intend to leave that way. His eye's trailed over her body "You look enchanting, Ms.Ravenwood", "and you look very handsome, Dr.Schmidt" Diana winked. Her confidence was something Voller kept underestimating but enjoyed none the less.

Helena's eyes flickered between the two, she found them absolutely adorable. She clapped her hands gaining their attention, "I gotta go and do some hostess stuff, have fun~ you two" she said while dragging out the fun. "S'en alter!" Diana hissed through her teeth, "Je t'aime!" Helena blew a kiss before disappearing into the crowd. Voller felt happier being alone with Diana again, no other guests forcing their way between them.

"I wasn't aware you spoke french" his eyes tried meeting hers but her attention was glued to the spot where Helena slipped away. "Ms.Ravenwood?" he removed his hand from her back, hoping that wasn't the problem. He blocked her view from the empty spot, as he did it was like a trance had been broken. The life came back to her eyes, "Sorry, I'm not good with crowds..or people" her head turned away like she hated admitting it. Voller had to hide his smile, she was..perfect.

æ"We can go outside, it's quieter" he held out his hand, Diana grabbed it without second thought and used her free hadn't to grip his arm. She held on tight as Voller navigated them through the crowd. There was a bench that allowed them to sit and peer over the city below. Voller tried his best to hold onto her hand but as soon as they relaxed she let go. Voller's hand twitched as he restrained himself from taking her hand back in his, it just felt right to be holding her. After a short comfortable silence, Diana spoke a question she had been wondering since they met.
