This one's a little short but thank you for reading!

Silence filled the car as they drove to the docks, no one was a morning person besides the doctor who drove with glee. Diana rubbed her eyes, her mind relaying events from this morning.

~~~~ "Uh Doc?" Klaber had shook the doctor's arm, "what?" Voller asked with a gravelly and annoyed voice. Klaber pointed to his chest, to which the doctor noticed his breathing was a little more strained due to a heavy pressure on him. Diana's head rested peacefully on his shoulder, her face practically buried in his neck with her arm draped over his abdomen.
Voller's heart rate accelerated, he felt so carefree at that moment. Like there was nothing else that mattered, just her and him. However his employees staring at them like tourists at a zoo. "Who wants to wake her up?" Klaber asked, Voller's eyes narrowed "Go and pack the bags into the car. I will worry about Ms.Diana".
Klaber held his hands up in defeat and patted Mauke's chest to signal him to follow. The two grabbed everything and left the room.
Voller stared at the ceiling for a few seconds before turning his head to look down at the sleeping beauty. He lifted his hand to stroke her check, his eyes strode over her face studying it like a priceless artifact.
"Why must you be asleep for me to hold you?" He thought to himself, he continued to stare and occasionally run his hand through her hair. It wasn't long until Diana opened her eyes slowly, they wondered the room before landing on Voller. It took a few seconds for her eyes to send signals but once it did she pushed off of him so hard she fell of the bed with a audible thud!
Voller peered over the edge of the bed, smiling both adoringly and smugly. "Good Morning" he held his hand out, "morning" Diana sighed before taking his hand and getting on her feet. She brushed herself off and walked into the bathroom without another word. Voller smiled feeling like he accomplished something when she accepted his help.
Klaber came back up to tell the doctor everything was ready, once Diana was out they took off. ~~~
"Dee" Klaber patted her arm, Diana blinked a few time before looking at him "yeah?". He opened her door "You zoned out, we're here", "oh. Okay thanks" she nodded still feeling a bit dissociated. That feeling evaporated as soon as she heard the familiar sound of waves crashing, turning around she saw it..her fear in its greatest form.
"Aw hell no" she frowned and held onto the keep door for dear life. Like the waves were gonna creep over the docks, grab her and drag her to the bottom of the ocean. "Are you alright, Diana?" Mauke walked over and placed a strong hand on her shoulder. "I told you she'd react like this" she heard Klaber whisper to the doctor who furrowed his brows.
"We don't have time, Jones already has a head start" Voller pressed while he searched the sea for his old foe, "Get her on that boat by any means necessary".
Klaber and Mauke shared a look before glancing at Diana who shook her head. "You want me on that boat? You're gonna have to kill me first!" She yelled, "Diana calm down, you're being hysterical, it's okay the boat is safe" Klaber tapped the vessel with his foot. "See? C'mon would we lie?", Diana narrowed her eyes "Yes!".
Both men shrug and nodded as a "that's fair". They tried different tactics such as comfort, threats and even physical force but Diana wouldn't budge. Voller had finally appeared again "What's the hold up", "She's petrified sir" Klaber said motioning to the woman clutching the Jeep's doors with tears running down her face.
Voller's anger vanished as soon as he saw them, "Get in, I'll handle this" he waved them off. The two men boarded while occasionally looking back. Voller approached Diana who tensed up, he held out his hand like he was reaching towards a kitten stuck in a tree.
"Diana, I guarantee that if you walk on that boat you will not drown, I won't let that happen. I promise" he placed his other hand over his heart to show how much he meant it, "Why should I believe you? You've lied to me before" Diana frowned and held on tighter.
"I did lie, because I thought you'd hate me for my ideals. Though I can confirm that I do not believe Germans are superior or that genocide was the path my country should have taken" He smiled, she gazed into the amber colored abyss and felt in her heart that she could trust him..somewhat. Her hand shakily abandoned the door and latched onto Voller's arm. "I can't move" she confessed
, he nodded whispering "It's okay" before leaning down and sweeping her off her feet.
She gasped slightly at the alarming action, but the sloshing sound of the water made her grip onto him so tight he could feel her nails digging into the back of his neck. Jürgen carried her with ease onto the boat, Diana didn't dare crack open her eyes not even a bit.
"Head north, I have a feeling they already know where the Graphikos tablet is located" Jürgen ordered before sitting down with Diana on his lap, "Does this mean you forgive me?" He asked smiling. "This is self preservation and fear. Not forgiveness" she mumbled, eyes still shut tightly. Jürgen leaned his back against the seat, letting Diana's weight mostly fall in his chest.
"Boss we have eyes on them!" Klaber yelled over the waves, "How many are on the boat?" Voller shouted back. Diana flinched, at his loud voice erupting from his chest. Klaber's eyes narrowed as he counted "2 men on board plus the kid, think 4 are in the water", phobia or not Diana's eyes shot open when he said "kid".
"Teddy?" She jumped up and gripped the railing. Her eyes darted around while at the men started in shock. "Guess she ain't scared anymore" Klaber commented, Diana saw the boat..the boat from her childhood. "Renny?" She whispered, "What was that?" Voller came from behind. His chest pressing slightly against her back, "Nothing, I just know that boat" she frowned. If she didn't stop them now, they'd kill everyone on that vessel. All of her fathers friends and maybe even the man himself. Diana turned her head to the side, Voller was close..too close.
"Something the matter, Ms.Ravenwood?"
Diana slipped her hand into her pocket, gripping the pocket knife she had always carried, the one gifted by her dad. Pulling out the blade with two fingers, she slowly smiled.
"No, Doc. Just thinking"
