Naruto wasn't really paying attention to his body for the past month and a half.

He was currently sitting in his office as always, spinning around in his chair with a sigh.

Hinata walked up to the blonde. "You've been more tired lately.. are you alright?"

Naruto looked at her and nodded "Yeah.. I've just been getting less sleep."

Hinata frowned and nodded "If you need anything, you can always tell me and Sakura-chan."

Naruto just nodded "I will."

Hinata then walked away. Naruto watched her before grumbling. "Again.. seriously."

He had stood up and made his way to the bathroom. It's been the sixth time the whole morning to afternoon.

As soon as Naruto zipped up his pants, he was alone in the bathroom. So he walked up to one of the mirrors and stared at himself.

The thought had left his mind. But.. he hesitantly lifted up his shirt, his eyes widening.

His stomach had grown. It was visible if he wasn't wearing a shirt. Or wearing tight clothing.

Naruto shut his mouth as looked down at his stomach. "..fuck."

Kiba had walked into the bathroom out of nowhere, making Naruto flinch.

Kiba stared at Naruto confusingly before looking at the blonde up and down. Naruto had paled as Kiba laughed. "So Tsunade wasn't lying."

Naruto quickly went up to Kiba and shut his mouth "Don't say anything about this." He threatened

"Ok, I won't! Promise" Kiba said with his voice muffled.

Naruto then let Kiba speak and crossed his arms.

"So who's the daddy?"

"Don't say it like that and I wouldn't know." Naruto muttered

Kiba shrugged and patted Naruto's stomach, the blonde smacking his hand immediately with a glare.

"What? I didn't do anything wrong." Kiba scoffed

Naruto ignored him and stormed out of the bathroom, leaving Kiba alone.

Naruto had bumped into Sasuke, growling and shoved him away "MOVE"

Sasuke looked at Naruto with an irritated expression "I suggest you shut the hell up and keep walking."

Naruto froze, but said nothing as he moved away from Sasuke.

"Great. I made him annoyed." The blonde muttered to himself.

Naruto had once again went to visit Tsunade. He awkwardly told her about his stomach's growth.

"Ah, see? I told you." Tsunade said as she put her gloves on.

Naruto was sitting down on a adjustable chair, watching Tsunade confusingly.

The blonde woman had placed a gel on Naruto's stomach, and put a strange device directly on Naruto's stomach as she moved it around.

"I'd say.. you're about three months pregnant." Tsunade said

Naruto's eyes widened "But- three months ago was Sasuke's birthday"

Tsunade looked at him with a raised eyebrow "Oh, really? And what exactly did you do that day?"

"I- I don't remember.." naruto muttered

Tsunade shook her head with a sigh before pointing to a screen. "Look. You are very much pregnant and this baby proves it."
