"Just to give a heads up to everyone this will be very emotional" the Watcher said as everyone just looked at him confusedly
Ruby and Oscar became worried when they heard what the watcher said.
Music plays as the scene opens with a POV of a person upside down inside a broken car with the body of someone lying outside with fires burning in the background.
The teens along with the parents (except Jacques) gasped in horror at the scene shown

The scene shifts showing the POV as Oscar in a fancy school uniform injured as the body moves
Oscar's eyes widened and was more worried for his counterpart since he was in that situation.
The teens sent him worried glances while Ozpin and Glynda felt protective of the farm boy.

Oscar is then shown standing in front of a machine titled 'Crematory Service'. It then zooms into the capsule with the name 'Emily Pine' written on it
Oscar closed his eyes and exhaled slowly as he realized that the body in the beginning belonged to his aunt and now his alternate is cremating her.
"Oscar... Was it? Who's Emily Pine? Is she your mother?" Taiyang asked the farmboy
"S-she is my aunt sir. My parents died when I was very young so she raised me" Oscar replied in a sad tone as the majority of the audience felt sad for the boy
Ruby, Yang, Ren, and Nora sent the farm boy sad looks as if they could sympathize with him losing a parental figure.
Ruby reached out and touched his shoulder to comfort him.

A bruised and battered Oscar is then showing crossing the street holding the ashes of his aunt with a depressed look on his face
Almost everyone in the audience had teary eyes but Salem and her group just looked at the screen impassively with the exception of Emerald as she felt bad for the farm boy.
