Water, Ravines and Creepers, Oh My!

Water! I never thought I would be so excited about just the thought of water. I quickly ran (well tried to run) to the

Tiny stream of flowing water. I fell on my knees and started basking  in the warm water! At that point I didn't care if

It was cold or hot all I cared about was that I actually got water. I looked behind my self while I was slurping the

Water like a pig. I saw that Steve and his dog weren't drinking any water! Not EVEN A SIP. So, then I decided to get

Up and  act normal for a change. I straightened my cloths and my hair to make it look like I didn't just have a battle  for water.

"Have fun?" Asked Steve as he giggled.

"Uhhhh?" I said trying to think of the right word.

"It's ok we all do it sometimes! Steve responded followed by "Ready to go on our next journey?"

"Another journey?!" I complained.

"Do you wanna be safe?" Steve questioned.

"Well,I guess so" I said in a winey voice.

"I thought so now let's go!"

Steve and his dog I guess we're really eager to get out apparently. I mean, we are not in a rush or anything? So why did they want to leave so soon?  That question floated throughout my mind like a falling flower petal I could never get it out no matter how hard I tried.

I looked over my shoulder to where Steve and his faithful mutt were and they didn't even look tired. Not panting hard or anything!

At that moment I wanted to ask why he always wore that black mask over his face but, I decided it wouldn't be such a good idea considering he is keeping me alive.

We walked a couple more minutes until we came to a cliff with a ravine and another cliff .

"How will we get across with the fire getting closer and closer?" I asked

Steve hesitated. He collected a whole tree worth of wood and quickly assembled a crafting table. Although, I have heard of  of crafting tables and building at home, but have  never seen it done! I stared, and stared at the step by step process Steve took to build it!

A few minutes later there was a wonderful oak wood bridge built across the

ravine. "Well, that was easier than I thought" I stated!

"It takes practice,kid" Steve answered

Steve's annoying mutt decided to do the honors of walking over the bridge first.

Which I didn't really mind because if the bridge was not sturdy then he'd be the first to go.

Unfortunatly, it was. No dog soup for me today it looks like . Speaking of

dog soup, I feel a little hungry [grumble, grumble] ok, a lot! Steve started crossing the bridge when a creeper came creeping behind him.

I have seen these things in my village before blowing up our crops and chests,

but never chasing after a masked man. Before Steve could react, the creeper

exploded! Causing the bridge to collapse with Steve on it, landing in the lava!

What was I supposed to do now? I lost the only man who helped me,and now I'm stuck

with his dog who hates me!!! I kinda wanted to land in that lava with him!  [Grumble Grumble] Oh, Yeah, I also had an empty stomach, and no way to cross the gap!

The fire was every minute getting closer and closer to me. Things were not looking good for.

                                                      AT ALL!
