At least this time her shop wasn't destroyed by an ability that accompanied the occurring odd event...

Rei is restocking the shelves in the candy section when the doorbell rings, and she absentmindedly uses her portals to transport the stocking cart back into the employee's closet, as well as instantaneously transporting herself to the counter. Whoever it is that had entered, she pays them no mind until they place their planned purchase at the counter, when she actually looks up and stops feigning disinterest.

A mostly unnoticable guy by the looks of it, excluding how he's dressed like a stereotypical detective and his eyes are closed, for one reason or another. Not that it bothers her too much, considering the amount of 'weird' people that tend to show up around this area.

Honestly, by definition, she could be considered a weird person as well; and yet here she is, running a basic store and billing various organizations for property damage every week.

She doesn't mind the silence as she checks off the items the guy has piled before her - mostly sweets - but she can't say that she enjoys the odd feeling as if she's being scrutinized by him. For all she knows, actually, he could be looking at her, or have an ability to look at every single piece of information about her ever.

Then again, even if he does have an ability like that - which should already be a slim chance, but she's found that Yokohama has a stupidly larger concentration of ability users than most other cities do - there probably wouldn't be much more than basic descriptions of herself and mayhaps her life. If nothing else, she has made sure for next to no one to know about the more intricate details; she definitely wouldn't appreciate someone knowing exactly how her ability works, and thus exactly how to counter her.

"You're the lady that Atsushi keeps swearing he'll pay back."

"Who?" Rei looks at him again, one eyebrow raised in confusion as she finishes ringing up the total for the pile of sweets. He says nothing else in regards to that, though, simply paying the correct amount - down to the change, even - and shoving the bags into his coat's pockets.

She nods at him as he goes to leave, turning and sorting away the money she had gained from that transaction. When the bell connected to the door doesn't ring after a while, though, she looks up once again, confused to see him just standing in front of the door.

"Sir, if you're going to stay here, please at least stand out of the way of the door."

"...Hey, which way is the Armed Detective Agency from here?"

Rei takes on a deadpan expression, staring at him as he is turned to face her. That question... He's lost, isn't he? But then why would he-

She shakes her head of that thought, sighing before gesturing somewhere behind herself.

"When you leave, head right. Cross five streets, then turn left and cross another three. From that spot, turn right again and it should be two streets down."

"Thanks!" the man chirps out, immediately leaving the building and taking a right like she directed. Honestly, for him to somehow be lost like that, she doesn't doubt that he could probably take a wrong turn, even with her directions, and still be lost. Then again, he's not her problem to deal with anymore; on the plus side, she now knows that he's probably associated with that detective agency... whoever he is.

Belatedly, she realizes that the 'Atsushi' he was speaking about may have been that teenager with the tiger arms that had crashed through her window two weeks prior... and had said that he'd come back to help pay for the damages.
