Keith's P.O.V.

I walked from my bedroom, out to the living room to see Shiro. "I didn't know you were home," I said.

"I just got back from taking Cosmo for a walk," Shiro replied, gesturing towards my pet husky with his hand.

I nodded and pet my dog. "Okay." I paused before adding, "And just so you know, I have someone over right now. Hope that's okay."

Shiro laughed.

"What?" I hissed.

"Nothing, go have fun." He shooed me off and walked into the kitchen.

I rolled my eyes and walked back to my room. Lance was in the same position that he was when I left.

I sighed as I sat down beside him. I laid back, resting the back of my head on his chest. I was horizontal on the bed with my legs hanging off the edge, and he was laying vertically.

Lance started playing with my hair and gasped slightly.

"What?" I asked.

"Your hair," he said. "It's so... well, it sucks."

I rolled my eyes. "Uh huh."

"Yep!" He continued to play with my hair for a little but before adding, "But, what conditioner do you use?"

I let out a laugh and tried to look up to see Lance without lifting my head off of him. He appeared to be embarrassed.

"Well, you would've saw it in the shower, no?"

"Yeah, well... I didn't see what kind it was."

"It's avocado," I stated. "Garnier Whole Blends."

Lance hummed. "Gotcha."

Suddenly, he rubbed his hand over his head. "I think you just have fine hair," he mentioned. "I love it."

I scoffed. "Well, I do not. It's too soft to do anything with it, I have to add oils to it in order to get it up."

"Well, why would you need it up?"

"It gets hot with my hair on my neck," I stated.

Lance hummed. "That's true."

"But what do you mean why?" I asked. "Can't I just put my hair up?"

"Well I just meant... your hair looks beautiful as it is," he said. "So why would you bother putting it up if it's difficult to? Y'know?"

"You're such a dork."

"I know."

I sat up and stared down at Lance without saying anything.

"What?" He asked.

I leaned down and kissed his lips quickly and sat back up again. Unsatisfied with my short kiss, I leaned down again, but hesitated to kiss him this time. Just as I was about to slowly go in for it, Lance put his hand on the back of my head and pulled me in quickly. He kissed me passionately for a short while before letting me go.

My eyes were widened and my face was slightly red.

Lance chuckled and sat up. "So, what was that for?" He asked.

I shrugged, too embarrassed to speak.

Lance hummed and moved in close to me – so close that he was blurry. I could feel the faint hairs on the tips of our noses brush against each other. His eyelids fluttered closed and he went to go in for a kiss but missed. he ended up kissing my chin. She pulled away rapidly, face deep red. "Sorry," he whispered, before going in again, this time kissing my lips.
