~CHAPTER 02~

(FIRST PERSON POV)

i quickly walked to kathy's car. i begin to worry about the time. i don't really care much about being late .. that's an understatement. i actually couldn't give a fuck less but i knew maya and anna would, so i tried to hurry up.

*MEANWHILE, WITH MAYA AND ANNA*

"omg .. omg na- na! look ..-look at the time"maya said with worry in her voice.

"omg we are like gonna be late for our first day. o. m. g. all because we have to pick up ivy." anna continued. 

"yea i know right like i bet .. -i bet she won't even fit in here.." maya said whispering the last part.

"MAYA!" anna yelled.

"what! like i'm sorry but like have you seen her? like i'm not trying to be mean or whatever but .. seriously na?! i mean cmon .." maya said.

"yea .. i mean - like yea i guess your right .." anna said with guilt.

"but like just don't say anything you know?" anna continues.

"no yea obviously! like duh." maya said quickly.

"okkk we are her- is that ..?" kathy started.

"no no mom i think you got the wrong address. check it again." anna said while looking at the girl standing outside.

"yea cuz that's .. that is not her" maya agreed.

"no i-i got the address right, girls!" kathy said.

"omg na .." maya said in shock.

*BACK TO IVY'S POV*

i open the car door and i'm instantly greeted with shocked faces.

"hey guys!! thank you so much, kathy, for picking me up! i know it's kinda late .." i said hesitantly.

"no .. no sweetie it's completely .. fine- im sorry you just look so different .. - in a good way!!" kathy said still in shock.

"oh ok and thank you, you too!" i said with a smile. 

"omg ivy .. you got like so friggin' hot." maya said with a bright smile.

"YEA OMG YOU LOOK AMAZING!!" anna continued.

"thanks gu- omg maya your hair ..! it looks .. great!" i said lying. i obviously couldn't tell her what i REALLY thought because that would just be mean .. but it looked fucking terrible.

i almost laughed but i knew that would hurt her feelings and i didn't want her feeling the way i did. so i just but my tongue .. really hard.

"really? you think? i was like going for layers but i like ended up with this .." maya said with a slight frown.

"no yea it looks amazing!" i said but i rolled my eyes once i sat down.
