She stood up and her heart pounding in her ears walked towards her bed chambers. She walked inside not even shutting door behind her. The room had clearly been looked through, as the door leading through the secret passages was opened. Aemond was on the ground looking at this gold coins that had been moved and taken. "They wanted you." Alysanne said and Aemond stood up to look at her. "What"? What is it"? What's wrong? Who?" He asked and she stepped into the light of one of their candles.

She sobbed. He grabbed her shoulders and she cried through slight screams. "Aly? Aly"? Who's blood is that?" He asked and she shook her head. "Haven't you heard?" She cried and he shook his head. "They came for you. Jaehaerys." She said through sobs. "Who's blood is that?" He repeated tears forming in his eye. "Valarr." She whispered and she let out a cry. "No." He said and he grabbed her and she cried into his chest. "No, no, no, no." Aemond repeated over and over again as he tried to grasp the concept of his son's death in his mind.

"We've been asked to ride on a wagon behind their bodies, the three of us." Alicent said walking closer to Helaena and Alysanne shook her head and cried. "We don't want to." Helaena said speaking for herself and her sister and Alysanne stayed silent.
"Neither do I. But when things like this happens, blows to the king are blows to the realm." Alicent said and Helaena walked towards Alysanne. "When the people share our grief, they draw closer to us." Alicent said and Helaena looked to Alysanne then turned to Alicent. "I don't want them closer. I don't know them." Helaena said softly with a hint of anger. "Sometimes, we have to pretend." Alicent said with a sigh. "Why?" Helaena asked holding tightly onto her quilt. "We are representatives of the throne. We have a duty." Alicent said and Helaena took a breath and lifted her shoulders with a gasp. "Helaena, what you saw last night when you came to my room." Alicent said walking towards her daughters. Alicent was with Ser Cristion Cole when he was supposed to be protecting the family. But he dismissed all his men instead. Helaena had not told Alysanne, but she would discover this soon enough.
