Caleb and Jacob walk back into Jacob's apartment, both very hugely happy and proud of themselves.
"Dude," Jacob says with a giant grin as he closes the door,
"When you decked Cameron in the face... I've been waiting my whole LIFE to see that!"
Caleb smiles, "Ha ha, I know, I know. I mean, I'm a peaceful person, you know, I believe in peace and love and all that stuff, but punching that dude, that felt GOOD."
They both continue to laugh.
"I gotta admit though," Jacob takes a deep breath, "When James got a hit on you and you fell to the floor and were all slouched down like that for a few seconds, I was really worried you were knocked out... or even that you were dead!"
"Pft," Caleb scoffs, smiling, "Bro, it would take a LOT more than to put me down. Like I said, that dude's punch... he couldn't even put down a cat!"
Jacob and Caleb continue to laugh, then finally go and sit down on the couch.
"I have to ask though... You said you got punched once? What happened?"
Caleb sighs, still maintaining a positive vibe, "I have a friend named Gaten, he has a disability. His bones are just, like, not put together right. They don't grow properly, especially on his face and jaw. His teeth are a bit messed up too because of it. Back in middle school when we were 12, this was almost ten years ago now, there was these dudes that were bullies, they called me... names. Slurs."
"I don't wanna hear it, Caleb. Alright? Don't tell me."
Caleb lets out a light smile, still staying positive... something Jacob sees, and deeply admires.
"So, the, um... what he called me, I told him to say it to my face. I literally looked at this dude, and I said, 'SAY THAT TO MY FACE!'. And... he did. After that, we got into a crazy fight. He got a couple hits in, and... he threw a good punch, I won't lie."
Then, Caleb takes one of his fists, and slams it into the palm of his other hand.
"But not as much as me. I broke his JAW!"
Jacob's eyes light up, "Wow! Awesome!"
"Yeah, yeah... I got expelled."
Jacob sighs, "Seriously? This dude attacks your friend with a disability, calls you a slur, and you get expelled?"
Caleb shrugs, "Welcome to America!"
Jacob shakes his head, "That's crazy, man. So unfair."
"I went to a different school after that, obviously, but me and Gaten..."
Caleb then pulls out his phone, and shows him a picture,
