IT WAS A SUMMER AFTERNOON, the irregular sound of crickets could be heard as the students tried to concentrate on their test. The warm breeze created a soporific atmosphere as it entered through the window. You would have fallen asleep, but you couldn't afford to miss this exam.

The boy discreetly turned towards you, raising an eyebrow to ask "What do you want?".

He hesitated, knowing well that you played with words as well as he calculated two plus two. He was afraid of what you had planned.

❝ — We can do our homework if you want! You exclaimed to convince him. ❞

He raised an eyebrow. The fact that you were suggesting doing homework was suspicious enough, but doing it on a Friday afternoon was even more unusual. Something was definitely off.
