The blonde looked up, her eyes were filled with tears so it was slightly blurry but soon everything was as clear as the sun.

A man with raven hair and crimson eyes stood infront of her. He held a umbrella that hovered above her even if he himself was being soaked by the heavy rain.

"Get up"
He spoke.

Athanasia wanted to follow his words but failed. She realised that she had gotten a sprain in her leg whilst she had fallen down.

She looked back at the ravennete who was looking back at her.

"...."

"...."

After a minute of stare down in the storm the man took out a sigh.

"What happened?"
He crouched down to her level and asked.

"..."
Athanasia showed hesistation at first but later chose to answer.

"I think I sprained my leg while I fell on the ground"

The ravenette gave her a 'are you serious' look.

'STOP STARING AT ME LIKE THAT!!'
She thought in embarassment.

After staying at the same position for awhile the man turned around showing his back to the blonde.

She looked at his back puzzled. "Are you stupid? Get on my back and I'll carry you"
Hearing his reply the blonde tried to refuse.

"I-It isn't necessary, plus we don't even know each other...It might be a inconvenience for you too..."

"Stop blabbering stuffs...I stopped to help so might as well let me do"

"I am Lucas, So we aren not strangers anymore. Not get on my back"

His straight forward personality took the blonde by suprise. "T-That is not how you kno-"

"Just get on my back or I'll leave you here alone"

Hearing his words the blonde took a second of thinking.

'I have a sprained leg and the storm seems to last longer...I guess going with this man is correct! We'll see what happens later!'

With this thought she climbed his back.

The rain dews dropped on the black umbrella that the blonde held as she was carried by the ravenette.

They walked in silence. Only the sound of the heavy pouring drops and the thunder was audible.

The blonde was in her own world so she avoided to talk with the man and the ravennete never liked talking to anyone in the first place.

"Thunder raging in the sky, Water pouring from so high... Don't be scared my little dove, just count to three and all the scary things will be gone..."
The blonde sang with a smile.

"H? What is this lame song"
The ravennete remarked at which the blonde felt offended.

"Hey! My mom used to sing this for me when I was younger!"
She yelled and tightened her grip around his neck chocking him.

"Gahh! Stop it or you'll fall Dumbo!"
He shouted stumbling on the road as he tried to not slip.

"Hmph!"
She turned her head with a pout.

"Tch."
And he wasn't gonna calm her down like a child. The hell had he even done!? And wasn't he the one who helped her when she was whipping on the ground! How ungrateful!!

Both the individuals were upset at each other and the atmosphere around them grew quiet again.

Soon enough both of them were infront of a apartment. The apartment looked like a shabby and cold place with a big board hung in top of it, the board was slightly tilted to the right.

"What is this lame place"
The blonde grumbled at the sight. It was not like she lived in a mansion but compared to this place, where she lives is atleast not this cranked.

Sure enough her apartment have a cockroach problem but it still does not look like haunted house like this place.

"Hey shut up! It's all I could afford when I moved here...anyway! Don't tell me you are some rich girl or something like that!"
The ravenette complained. He felt annoyed when the girl judged the place he stayed at.

"I see..."
She looked at him with pity causing the ravenette to let out a irritated huff.

"I'm not rich, but you could say that I can atleast afford a place which looks decent!"
She declared with her chest proudly puffed out. She knew well to not brag about this but she couldn't help it anyway.

Lucas could not help but sneer at her words. He walked inside the apartment and moved towards the upper floor through stairs, soon enough he was infront of his room.

"Oi, check my pockets, there should be the key"
He ordered the blonde. The blonde couldn't help but be surprised by his request.

"What do you mean? Why should I--"
She was going to refute at the request made by the ravenette but was beaten to it by the latter.

"I am carrying you, idiot. I can't look for the keys in my pocket"

The blonde was caught off guard by the fact, but after reflecting on her position in this situation, she sighed and did as she asked without any further reluctant responses.

As spoken, she found the keys in the pocket and then dangled it infront of the ravenette' face. He took the keys from her hand and unlocked the door.

After entering his apartment, he turned and removed his hands which were supporting the blonde, this caused her to fall back on the ground groaning in pain.

"Eee, you could have atleast warned that you were leaving!"
She complained but it was went unherad by the taller guy. Lucas silently closed the door and walked towards the couche to lay on it.

In all this the blonde just glanced at his actions. But as soon as she realised that the guy wasn't going to help her stand up, she yelled loudly but nevertheless was welcomed by ignorance and mere scoff from the other.

At last the only option she retorted to was to try getting up herself, which she indeed did so. She placed her hand on the wall and tried to get up but tripped.

She took one more look to the ravenette but didn't noticed any intention for him to move. So, with a sigh she tried standing again. But was yet again met with failure. She huffed out a angry sigh.

"Couldn't you help me!?"
She shouted.

"..."
Nothing was answered in reply.

"Geez, talk about being insensitive"
Athanasia muttered underneath her breath.

The guy in question, grew tired. He was first finding the failed struggles of the blonde amusing but soon he got bored. So, he stood and waddled closer to the girl who was still trying to get up.

Lucas breathed out a sigh. He glanced at her and so did she, the difference between the duo being the bored expression of the ravenette and the fury filled expression of the blonde.

"Want me to help you?"
He asked with a nuetral expression.

Athanasia wanted to complain and throw a fit but, she reflected in herself and reluctantly nodded.

Hearing her answer the ravenette passed a satisfied smile and then tilted down his upper body. He place his hand under the blonde and lefted her up effortlessly in bridal style.

Athanasia was utterly baffled and was a flustered mess at his action. She couldn't help but feel her heart thumping loudly.
