Muinezu- The Journey (ON HOLD)

Troubles ahead.

Muichiro was beginning to sweat. He couldn't even see the sun anymore. All he could see was the orange sky slowly fading into darkness. However, Muichiro was getting close to the Butterfly Mansion. He could smell the scent of wisteria slowly filling the air as he got closer. He slowed his pace down just enough so he could catch his breath.

Just as the mansion began to appear I his sight, something else appeared as well. It looked like a person. They were wearing a demon slayer uniform as well, but the most noticeable thing was the Butterfly haori and the purple Butterfly hairpin.

Shinobu.

Without thinking, Muichiro began to yell her name, hoping she would hear him, which she did. She turned her head around in shock as she saw him stumbling towards the Butterfly mansion.

Just as he came close to the Butterfly Mansion, he sunk to the ground, dehydrated and tired. He had been running for almost five hours after all. Whilst trying to keep his breath under control, he felt Shinobu helping him off the ground, gently sitting him down, and the sound of her yelling something. Probably yelling for the Kakushi to help him.

Before he could get up and tell Shinobu about what had happened, he blacked out.

Muichiro woke up around two hours later, laying in bed with the Butterfly Mansion uniform on.

He managed to gather he was in a recovery room before the door swung open to reveal one of the Butterfly triplets running in the room and gasping. Muichiro didn't really know the triplets that well, so he didn't know her name. Before he could say anything, the girl ran out of the room and began to yell.

"Aoi!!! The Hashira is awake!!!"

"Aoi...why do I feel like I've heard that name before..."

Muichiro pondered about the name he recognised until an older Butterfly girl stepped into the room. She had black hair, tied up into twin tails with two blue Butterfly clips. Her uniform was that of a standard demon slayer uniform, with a slightly blue tint.

"You're awake!! It's good to see that you are okay, Muichiro."

Muichiro stared at her for a while until speaking.

"Do I... know you?"

"My name is Aoi Kanzaki. We took part in the same Final Selection as each other."

Ah. Now Muichiro was starting to remember her.

"Anyway, Shinobu wants to talk to you. Stay here, I'll go get her."

As soon as Aoi left, Muichiro began to worry. This conversation could possibly be about Nezuko....speaking of Nezuko, where was she? Could Shinobu have already killed her? Muichiro began to worry even more. If this was about Nezuko, possibilities are is that he'll have to go through a trial, which would probably end up with him getting kicked out of the Corps.

"Good evening, Muichiro. Looks like you're already up!"

Shinobu walked through the door, smiling.

As soon as she sat down on the bed, Muichiro grabbed her by the wrists, surprising her.

"Where's Nezuko?!"

Shinobu looked at him with the most surprising look on her face before regaining her usual composure.

"Don't worry, Muichiro. That demon you were carrying around with you is fine, as well as the human. Speaking of which..."

Uh oh. Muichiro prepared himself for what Shinobu was going to say next.

"Why were you carrying a demon and a human around?"

Muichiro didn't know how to respond to her question. How was he going to answer her? He can't just tell her that Nezuko had no intention of consuming human flesh because there's no way she was gonna believe that. It sounded ridiculous.
