Chapter 14

I took Piper and Max with me and drove to the hospital to check on my baby... But as soon as we got there I looked in Blake's eyes and he said "I dont know if I'll make it. " I brushed his hair and I layed right next to him in his hospital bed and the Doctor came in saying he had to do surgery immediately to get the bullet out. I kissed him goodbye and we waited. Piper was on her phone playing candy crush. And Max was holding my hand and rubbing my thumb like Max would. I still like him but I like Blake too. So after 2 1/2 hours the doc finally came out saying he was ok. I speed walked to the room all happy i couldnt run because I was already 3 going on 4 months pregnant. I was so happy to see him sleeping with a smile and him healthy. Max was sitting down looking at me and he said "It makes me sick that you love a guy that would do that to you dont deserve that." Then I said letting go of blakes hand "He's the father of my child and he is who I truly love." he laughed "Do you truly forgive him?" I didnt know what to say....."Hello do you?" I looked at him "I dont know." "When you do just know im an open book?" he walked out the room and I once again speed walked. I saw him walk out the hospital doors and I kept walking. I saw him outside I yelled "where are you going?!" it began to rain. He turned around and said "home." Piper was in her phone the whole time so she barely noticed I chased him. I walked back inside wet and all I can think about was Max. But I knew for sure it was Max I loved.
