Chapter 13

I havent seen Bagpipes for so long so i decide to visit her. I went over to her house and I knew her mom was working her dad is in the Army. So I just walked in I found the bathroom light open but the door close. And I knocked on the door "Piper its me Liz open up" I said. I heard sniffling and crying and she said "Go away im busy." So I got worried I took Karate lessons when I was 8 and I kicked open the door. I found her in her dads sweatshirt in underwear with a blade in her hand dripping blood. I pushed her sleeve up and saw slashes of cuts on her arm. I looked at her and she drop the blade and she sobbed. I pulled her close to me and wrapped her in my arms. She wiped her tears and said "Ive been going through depression, my mom ran away, my dad died in war,my sister Sophia (anna's bff) is the only person I have." "Then you and Sophia pack your things and stay with me." I said to her softly. She hugged me tight and said "Thank you!" So Sophia and Piper moved in our house. Piper went in my room. And Sophia went into Anna's room. It was alitte awkward since Luke and Piper dated bMy Grandmother pulled me aside and said "Your mother wouldve been really proud of you."I hugged ger and we went to the family room. So for dinner my Grandma made Sweet and Sour Chicken Kabobs with rice. That was my moms favorite dish Shes Hawaiian. But my dad is white. So therefore im Hawaiian/White. So since we were all having fun i decided to invite ...........Max he said yes and came over. He got me this gift basket and inside was a new bracelet that said Best Friends. I was so happy. We were all in The Family room watching the movie Coming to America. Until there was a commercial that said "Breaking News 16 year old Blake Johnson shot at Meadow Ave. Witnesses state a car drove by and shot poor Blake and sped off. He is now being taken to the hospital and if any anoucements arrive we will report it." I sobbed and drove off to the hospital. Will he be ok? To Be Continued...
