The Kuiper belt had never been much of a hotspot for activity. On the very fringes of the Solar System what little traffic did pass through was usually bound for the colonies, and as such never stuck around for long. In this mostly uninhabited region of space there exists a little hotel around an asteroid, and within that little hotel there is a small bar.
If you find yourself passing through, try speaking to the bartender. He's always happy for a little talk, and hey, maybe he'll even have some advice for you on your travels out of the system. After all, there's little else to be done out here, so you may as well stop by for a bit.
