Hello again! I was excited about this and though it was supposed to be a side project, it has quickly turned into one of my favourites. So I released another chapter so soon.

I have decided that there will be no romance in this story. At least not with the Bad Batch. This story will be about exploring the darkness of the inhibitor chip and their journey into friendship. I haven't decided yet if she's gonna have a thing with someone else...

Echo wasn't snoring. Finally! I was getting so sick and tired of it.

I didn't hear him breathing either.

Oh force, did I smother him in my sleep?

I sat up, quickly regretting it when things started to spin. I clutched at my head groaning softly to myself.

Now to check that I didn't kill Echo in his sleep.

I looked around the room, not recognizing my surroundings. Echo wasn't sleeping across the room. Rex wasn't sleeping on the couch. The walls were cold and made of a black metal.

"Hello?" I called out. "Is this another one of your stupid pranks? I told you Fives was better at it Echo."

There was no response, and I was starting to recall what had happened at the bunker.

"Kriffing di'kuts," I cursed, remembering those strange men.

I stood up and looked around the room, trying to figure out where I was. There was a door, so I walked up to it and tried to open it, only to find it locked.

"Haar'chak," I angrily muttered. "I'm a stupid prisoner now."

I crossed my arms and sat in the middle of the room, waiting for whoever would come in to check on me. However, to my surprise, no one came. I was just left sitting on the cold floor.

I groaned and threw myself on the floor, spreading out my limbs. This was so mind numbingly mundane.

"Can someone come and torture me or something?" I yelled at the door. "This is boring."

No response.

I felt a bit of amusement from whoever was out there though.

"You think this is funny?" I shouted. "I had muffins to go home to! Chocolate muffins!"

Still nothing.

"Kriff you!" I finally admitted defeat and went back to laying on the floor.

Days went by of nothing. I didn't even now who was out there.

Weeks went by of me sitting there, no one to talk to.

Months went b-

"Hello Mercy," Someone finally broke me from my thoughts.

I looked up to see a stormtrooper and that long haired man from at the base. I stood up quickly and glared at them.

"You left me here for so long!" I complained.

"You were only awake for five minutes," The long haired man squinted at me.

I scowled at him. "That's too long."

He rolled his eyes and turned to the stormtrooper. They started talking quietly for a little while before they faced me again.

"He tells me you were screaming threats," Long haired dude said.
