Strawberry Cake

Sparkles

Samuel knew me too well even after we had just met, he knew what I liked and what I didn't like, and the way I felt about him I had never felt like that about anybody.
I could feel the sparkles between me and Samuel. Then he came with 2 strawberry short cakes, he sat and said

"I don't know why but I think we have met before we met at the cafe"

I said
"Wait really?"

Samuel said
"Yeah, I've been thinking about where I met you before for a while now oh wait I remember now"

I said
"where??"

Samuel said
"you are the strawberry cake girl"

I said
"strawberry cake girl?"

Samuel said
"I caught you from tripping at a party"

I said
"Wait that was you?!"

Samuel said
"How could I forget that? Oh my god do you know I regretted not asking you your name or something but look we met again"

I said
"We're literally soulmates"

Samuel said
"But like forreal we really must be soulmates, at that time I went to the after party thinking you'd be there"

I said
"Oh my god really? Then you might know Chris?"

Samuel said
"Oh yeah, I know him. He's my childhood friend"

I said
"only if I knew you were friends with Chris"

Samuel said
"we're related, in a way?"

I said
"soulmates"

Samuel said
"exactly" *we both laugh*

Then after having our strawberry short cakes we went to Jia and walked back to the farm house, while walking back Samuel told me about his childhood and I told him about mine,
we had a lot in common, the same humour and almost the same personalities.
It felt like I had met my soulmate out of nowhere,
I loved spending time with him, when I was with him I felt safe, comfortable and forgot all my problems. I wished I could tell him that but at the same time I was scared of rejection.
All my friends said that I should just tell him because if I don't I'll be left with regret for eternity and will never know what his answer would've been.
We finally got to that farm house,
Jia was ahead of us so she got there first.
As Samuel and I were about to go in, Jia had come out and was looking at me with shock,
and of course I was confused so we went inside,
and Hayden was there.
Hayden looked at me,smiled and said

"Hi, it's been a while, how are you?"
