As Katherine, Bucky, and Sam went inside the ice cream shop. The man fallows them inside only one person apart. After a good three minute wait they made there orders then waited in the little outside area that the ice cream shop had in the front. After two minutes of waiting the same man came outside and sat in a chair only eight feet away from the group.
After a bit Katherine told Sam and Bucky that she will go get her money from the car. Then started to leave the area and walked to one that had more parked cars.
As she left the man also left and fallowed after her for a minute or two.
Katherine then went down the street pat three other stores. Then got her phone out and started to talk in Russian to the other person on the phone.

Then Katherine ended that call and put her phone away. Then took a right in between a pizza shop and fabric store. That had a opening in between big enough for three people to stand side by side.
As the man fallowed her in a good two minutes after her he was meet with a dead end at the end of the empty ally way.
Before the man could look around for Katherine to see we're she went. A motorcycle and a police car was heard pulling up behind him. A group of four men came from out the cop car and a woman from the motorcycle.
Three of the men how regularly cop uniforms, but one was in many black clothing with a bit of a darker purple on his uniform. And un like the officer police badge this man had a symbol of a regal on his right shoulder. As well as a metal arrows on his back and a bow in his hand

The woman as well had a all black suit on that had the same heal symbol on both shoulders instead of just one. As well as having shoulder length red hair.
