You had been single far too long, and trying to meet men the usual way was causing you to pull your hair out. You finally stated to your friends that you were giving up on finding love all together. However, they were all sad to see you become so jaded. As a surprise, they set you up for a blind date on Valentine's Day. Everything was taken care of for you. A light dinner, a movie, and the man.
While you were not initially thrilled with the idea of being "gifted" a blind date, they had assured you that you were in for a good time. You cleaned yourself up, put on your favorite date night outfit and headed out. Now that you were here, you fiddled with your hands in front of the water fountain at the park, nervously waiting for your date to arrive. You checked your phone to look at the picture your friends had sent, wondering what he would really be like...

You were about to look at the picture of your date again when there was a loud splash behind you. With a gasp and a small jump, you turned to the sight of a very, very tall man face down in the fountain. People were gawking at him as he slowly picked himself up from the water, his hat having fallen off and floating away with a bundle of flowers and a box of chocolates, all spoiled. His thick and wavy blonde hair stuck to his face, obscuring his eyes.
"Well then..." he sputtered, spitting out some water and brushing his wet bangs from his face, "Hope no one saw that."
Except everyone saw that, yourself included. You had covered your mouth in shock. Law warned you that he was a "clumsy bastard", but falling face first into the fountain was not how you expected to meet your date.
"Uh... Corazon?" you asked, meekly, although you already knew it was him.
His eyes met yours, shining like bronze in the setting sun. The look of astonishment on his face lingered far longer than normal, and you realized he was just staring at you. It almost looked like he wasn't breathing.
"Y/N? You're Y/N, right?" you nodded to him, the onlookers dispersing as he stood up, gathering the drenched flowers, his hat, and what was left of the box of chocolates. His white suit was soaked, showing his skin and everything underneath, even his heart shaped boxers.
