I eventually made it through the night. It was rough. I was soaked, fearful that I was getting sick.
The storm's aftermath was brutal. Another tree fell in the distance, and debris was strewn everywhere. Was it a hurricane?
I shook my head, finishing up the last of my pizza. It was time to make my move with Peter. I couldn't put it off any longer.
I followed Peter and scanned the streets for the next few days, trying to find the best time to intervene. Luckily, there was no more precipitation of any sort, so I continued to stay at the house, that is, until the kitchen fell in.
I couldn't stay there anymore.
And, to my luck (what little I had left), I spotted Peter (Spider-Man) in a fight. A man with metal arms sprouting from his back (I would later learn his nickname to be Dr. Octopus) was attacking Peter.
He reached one of his metal arms to Peter's face, about to unmask him. I had to stop him before Spider-Man's secret identity was revealed.
And that's when I made my entrance.
