COLIN AND JADE Sat at the pizza place laughing. They were getting along which was a good sign. Hopefully Jennifer won't sabotage the bet.
"So, enough about me. Tell me stuff about the dark and mysterious Colin Gray no one knows about." Jade smiled, sipping her Dr. Pepper.
Colin laughed, nervously, fiddling with his rosary. A tac Jade noticed Colin only does when he's nervous or anxious. Jade placed her hand on his, smiling gently.
"You don't have to tell me anything." Jade mumbled, rubbing her thumb over his hand, soothingly.
Colin bit the inside of his cheek, sighing. He might as well open up about himself.
"A-alright, my parents are super religious as you can tell. I'm actually deathly afraid of you. My favorite colors are red and black. I actually love going to our English class and hopefully get to sit next to you tomorrow." Colin blushed, biting his lip.
Jade smiled softly, nodding.
"I'd like that, Mr. Gray." Jade winked, playfully.
Colin smiled a bit, looking down. Jade was a lot nicer to him than most girls. He felt they could fit in together, hopefully. Jade's phone rang, which made her roll her eyes.
"If you'll excuse me." Jade held up her hand, walking off to the girl's restroom.
She answered the phone, sighing.

JENNIFER'S VOICE BOOMED Through the phone. What could she possibly want?
"Where are you? Are you with Colin? Were you two in the middle of fucking?" Jennifer teased, laughing.
Jade rolled her eyes. Typical, Jennifer. She had no filter.
"As if me fucking someone is any of your concern." Jade snapped, rubbing her face in frustration.
Jennifer laughed, sitting on the bleachers. She hummed to herself. She could sabotage the bet.
"Okay, let me know if he's big or not." Jennifer chuckled, fiddling with her bff necklace that matched with Needy's and Jade's.
Jade sighed, deeply, running her black painted nails through her auburn hair. Why is she so curious about Colin? Jade shook her head.
"Yeah, whatever." Jade muttered, hanging up on the call, going back to Colin.
Colin looked up to see Jade come back. Was she doing okay? Jade slid into the booth, groaning.
"Trouble in Paradise?" Colin questioned, concerned about her.
Aw. Jade bit her lip, sighing.
"Just Jennifer being Jennifer." Jade rolled her eyes, putting her phone away.
Colin reached over, holding her hand. Jade laced their fingers together. She felt closer to him than she does with Jennifer.
"Okay, I want to know something. Did this piss off your parents?" Jade tapped on her bottom lip, chuckling.
Colin touched his lip ring, shrugging. Jade thought his lip ring was cute. She had her nose pierced and her ears pierced, but that was it.
"A-at first, yeah. What about your nose ring?" Colin questioned, biting his lip.
Jade made a thinking face. She did it cause she was going through a phase.
"I had a little bit of a soft grunge phase when I first started high school." Jade admitted, looking into his eyes.
Colin's eyes widened in amazement. Whoa.
"Th-that was you?" Colin stuttered, looking at her in shock.
Jade nodded, chuckling. She lifted up her sweater and pointed to her Jason tattoo.
"And I got this when I was 15." Jade smirked, looking at Colin.
Colin rubbed her tattoo, blushing.
"Y-you're a lot different than I was expecting." Colin told her truthfully.
Jade blushed, looking down at their hands.
"Were you expecting a clone of Jennifer Check?" Jade teased, looking back into Colin's eyes.
Colin made a "little bit" sign with his fingers, chuckling. She was definitely furthest from being a clone of Jennifer Check. She cared about others, especially her friends and family. Jade shook her head, chuckling.
"We should get going." Jade stood up, holding out her hand for him.
Colin stood up, holding her hand. The pair walked out and got into Colin's car.

WHEN COLIN GOT To Jade's house he parked the car. Jade turned to face Colin, planting a kiss on his cheek. Colin's face started to heat up. Why did she have to have that effect on him?
"I had a fun skip day." Jade said, looking over to him with a smile.
Colin returned the smile, fiddling with his rosary. He cleared his throat.
"I-i'll s-see you at sc-school." Colin stuttered, looking at her eyes.
Jade got out of his car, turning around to face him.
"Thank you for today, Colin." Jade smiled softly.
Colin nodded, biting his lip. Jade put a strand of her hair behind her ear.
"Y-you'e welcome, I'll see you tomorrow. Sit with us at lunch tomorrow." Colin told Jade, starting up his car.
Jade giggled "Deal."
She closed the car door, watching Colin drive from her house. She walked into inside then went to her room to get ready for bed.
