Have you ever heard of that saying "it must be a full moon?"... Most people say it to explain odd or unusual behavior, but why?...

The moon controls the oceans waters (tides) by its gravitational pull, meaning the moon's gravitational pull causes the oceans to bulge out on both the sides closest to the moon and farthest from the moon. Those bulges are known to create high tides as well as low tides.. when the moon is full or new the ocean experience more of a stronger pull but none of this information was never a secret to scientists and divers.

Because the moon controls the oceans waters and has a stronger pull on the waters during full or new moons, is it possible for the moon to control us or have such forces on us, after all we are made up of 60% water. So again Have you ever heard of that saying "it must be a full moon?"... Most people say it to explain odd or unusual behavior.

"Paisley come on" Carina practically begged, it was the next day and they were currently parked in front of a H2O scuba center."Do you know what tonight is? It isn't just a regular full moon Pais.. tonight the earth, moon and sun all line up-"

"And create EXTREME spring tides with their gravitational forces combined, I know I know but it's dangerous and I know the director wouldn't want us out there" in the passenger seat paisley stated looking over at carina.

"But we're scientists who study the ocean and it's organisms and the animals down there, and how it gets effected, we study every aspect of the ocean" Carina sunk into her seat a little, clearly disappointed.

Paisley was still turned towards carina trying not to give in but failed miserably. "Okay. Ok ok ok, we go inside to get gear BUT we tell the director and if he approves he will get a team to go down with us and if he doesn't approve, we're not going down there by ourselves. Plus we'll need all of his high tech stuff like the monitors and lights"

A smile slowly creeped on carinas face "okay".

"You are a manipulator" paisley told her.

"Or maybe I just want you to be by my side in everything that I do" carina leaned towards the woman with a flirty look on her face. "Would that be so bad?" She then placed her two fingers on paisley's chin lifting it up slightly.

It was quiet for a moment while they stayed in that position. Paisley removed carinas hands from her face. "That is the worst thing that could possibly happen" the brown skinned woman smirked.

Carina just shook her head and smiled as they got out of the vehicle going into the store to grab supplies.

"So we need the basics.. new wet suits, goggles..you didn't have your slate on the last scuba dive we did, where is it?" Paisley asked her best friend.

"I have no clue" carina told her as she got carried away looking at unnecessary items.

Paisley just rolled her eyes continuing looking for the things they actually needed. She pulled up the list on her phone

• marker lights
• electronic navigation aids
• sound signaling devices

• full face masks
• wireless communication
• marker buoys
• mechanical underwater compass

They spent thirty minutes in the store collecting the items that they needed, carina got extra stuff that she thought they needed as well.

Carina and paisley were soon on their way to their work facility, "so tonight Is predicted to be dangerous, I mean it's always dangerous to dive at night, just don't do anything stupid carina" paisley said in a serious tone.
