𝟎𝟕 ╹𝑬𝑵𝑫╹

AFTER HALF AN HOUR of a long relaxing shower, Jaemin came out of the washroom while rubbing his hair from the towel leaving it to dry naturally.

A white tee and black half pants around his body, he walked and peeked in the kitchen but only to find it empty making him sigh at the thought of the girl who has still locked herself inside the room.

"You didn't left an option for me sunshine" he mumbled, putting the towel on the couch before going to the drawer of the shelf kept near the television only to take out a spare key of her room.

"A peek won't hurt, only to make sure she's fine and not murdering her pillow inside" With this thought, he inserted the key in the lock hole and after two attempts it clicked open.

"Gosh Iseul, the things I need to do for yo-" his words were cut off when a sleepy Iseul came in his sight.

But what made him immediately run towards her body was the fact that she was mumbling something to herself, sweat covered her forehead and her eyebrows and eyes were furrowed and shut tightly.

"N-No, leave h-him"
She broked down with a sob and Jaemin didn't left a second to take her small figure in his arms rubbing his hand around her back and head.

"Iseul, sunshine calm down, it's just a dream" he tried to talk but had no effect on her and only the choice to shake her hard was left which he didn't hesitated to do.

Holding her shoulder the boy shaked her body to let her get out of the nightmare she was seeing right now.

"Iseul! Wake up!" He caressed her head, heart aching to look at the way she was crying in her sleep.

With a last shake, the girl's eyes shot wide open as she flinched because of the way Jaemin was worriedly looking at her.

"J-Jae...Jaemin" her voice cracked and before the boy can even say something, she threw her body on him, hugging it tightly.

"Are you ok? They didn't do anything r-right? Jaemin did you got hurt?" Her heart clenching sobs made the boy feel guilty of the fact that she has to see his fight and getting hurt all over again in her dream.

Jaemin wrapped his arms around her trembling figure, hugging it tightly.

"I am ok . . . Calm down, I am here, safe and sound, it was just a dream" his voice was soothing and relaxing and Iseul found herself melting in his embrace.

"I am sorry sweetheart"
He hummed and nuzzled his face in her neck.

"I am sorry too for shouting at you before, I was just-"

"Worried, I know, don't worry it's not your fault, I acted recklessly, I promise I won't fight from now unless it's for my self defence or something necessary" he completed her and swayed their body side by side, the way she likes to get lulled to sleep everytime she's tired.

"Sleep now yeah?"

"I am scared" Iseul shaked her head and Jaemin find himself smiling a little at how cute her voice sounded.

"Trust me, I'll be right here the whole time"

"You will?"

"Yes I will, and not only today but I volunteer to be right here by your side all the upcoming days"
He told her and Iseul slowly broked the hug to look at him with those questioning gaze of her's.

"What do you mean by all the upcoming days?" She sniffed once again, rubbing her eyes to remove the tears making Jaemin coo at her internally.

He kept his hands on her cheeks, cupping it slightly and attaching his forehead with her's.

"I like you Iseul, I like you so much to the extent I want to spend all my lifetime with your beautiful yet annoying and loud ass" he chuckled when the girl groaned in between.

"Sunshine" he called softly making Iseul look at him, though their faces were just centimetres apart.

"Can I be your boyfriend?" He asked softly in amere whisper leaning in close only to make the girl's heart beat fastly.

"Will you give me a chance to stay by your side and love you with each passing day and night of the upcoming future?

Without wasting a second of time, Iseul leaned in to close the gap between the two lips as she kissed him the way he felt so appreciated.

It was a mere kiss of five seconds but both of them felt the spark and blooming feelings in their heart making them burst into laughter.

"Yes Jaemin, you can be my boyfriend and I promise to take care of your whiny ass all my lifetime" Jaemin chuckled and once again their lips collided this time for a longer period of time.
