Chapter Thirteen: A New Honey Badger

As the demonstration was over McGonagall asked the Head Boys and Girls to take Arthur and Lilibet to their dorms as they would start the classes on the next day, and so Lilibet put her necklace back on, hugged Hagrid and walked out alongside Lucius and Anastasya.

As Lucius and Anastasya left the Great Hall, they guided Lilibet through the corridors of Hogwarts. The castle's grand architecture loomed overhead, filled with secrets and history. The trio walked with purpose, their footsteps echoing in the stone corridors. Lucius, with his confident stride, led the way, while Anastasya walked alongside Lilibet, her warm smile lighting up her face. The torches lining the walls cast flickering shadows, creating an atmosphere of enchantment and anticipation.

Welcome to Hogwarts, Lilibet! Lucius said, his voice echoing with a touch of excitement.

I hope you find our humble abode to your liking. Hufflepuff is a warm and welcoming house, known for its kind and loyal students.

As they continued down the corridor, Anastasya pointed out the intricate tapestries adorning the walls. Each tapestry depicted scenes of magical creatures and lush landscapes, capturing the essence of the wizarding world.

Isn't the castle simply magical? Anastasya said, her eyes sparkling with wonder.

And wait until you see our common room. It's cosy, with comfortable armchairs, a crackling fireplace, and earthy colours that make you feel right at home.

After passing a gap leading to a tower and going down it's stairs they finally, they arrived at the entrance to the Hufflepuff Common Room that was right beside the kitchen. The door, adorned with a large wooden barrel, sat nestled in a cosy alcove. Anastasya turned to Lilibet, her voice filled with excitement.

Here we are, Lilibet. The entrance to our common room, Anastasya said, gesturing towards the door.

But first, we must solve the riddle to gain entry. It's a charming way to keep our space protected

Lucius approached the barrel and began to tap a rhythmic pattern on its surface. The barrel began to rotate, revealing a hidden entrance. As the door swung open, warm light spilled out, casting a golden glow on their faces.

Welcome to the Hufflepuff Common Room, Lilibet! Lucius said with his arms wide open, and his voice filled with pride.

Step inside and experience the cosy ambiance and the friendly atmosphere that Hufflepuff is known for

Lilibet followed them into the common room, her eyes widening with delight. The room was adorned with plush sofas, vibrant tapestries depicting nature scenes, and shelves filled with books on magical creatures. The crackling fire in the heart of the Common Room added a comforting warmth to the air.

Anastasya turned to Lilibet, her smile warm and genuine.

As she was thinking that, a little girl came close to them running towards Anastasya.

Heyyyyy Maya!! Anastasya exclaimed, opening her arms wide to embrace her little sister.

Sis!! How was it?? Maya asked eagerly, her eyes filled with excitement.

It was fantastic, Maya! We've got ourselves a powerful and kind sister to join us. Allow me to introduce you to Lilibet. Anastasya beamed, gesturing towards Lilibet.
