When I woke up I had no idea what had happened. The first thing that came to my mind was, "What happened to the man?"
As I sat up, I immediately realized where I was. I was in a hospital bed, and I was attached to the bed by electrical cords connected by an IV. The doctor came in and seeing that I was awake turned strait around and went to find Sydney. When Sydney came she burst into tears and said
"Praise the lord your alive."
"What happened?" I asked groggily.
" You got struck by lightning when you went to check on the weather."
"I feel terrible. Everything aches. Wait what happened to the man?" I said.
"He lived if that's what you mean. he was very grateful that we came upon him. We later found out he was headed to the hospital where is wife was giving birth."
" That's awful and wonderful at the same time!"
" you should rest, You've been threw a lot."
The last thing that i saw before I fell asleep was Sydney closing the door.
