Waking up, Estrela sat up silently, looking at Soundwave before shifting into her human form silently to help her get out of his grip. Last night, she heard the laughs again in her mind. She landed on the floor before shifting back, giving a gentle kiss to both Soundwave and Radiowave, just as she walked out of the room. Heading down the halls until she found herself sitting on the roof quietly. Her mind was lost in emotions. Wanting to understand why so many were after her. Why was she so different? What was so important about her to them? She sighed as she looked at the clouds around them as they flew by.
It wasn't long before footsteps were heard behind her, but they stopped not too far away as whoever it was spotted her and, by the sounds of it, were trying to quietly back away.
"I can hear you. You don't have to walk away if you are here to work. Just please don't try to converse. My mind is a mess." She spoke up to get their attention as she pulled her knees to her chest while watching the sky.
"Sorry, it's just, I didn't really expect you to be up here." Steve muttered before going over and standing by her. "Not a lot of bots ever come here."
"I needed to think. No, Soundwave doesn't know I am up here." She replied, not looking at him. "If you want to sit down, you can. I'm just trying to make sense of everything, why I am so different. Even as a Cybertronian, my luck of being weird follows me." She muttered.
He came and sat down silently next to her, crossing his legs and resting his arms in at. "At least that's one thing we have in common." He muttered sadly, not really meaning to be heard.
"They pick on you?" She more stated than asked. "It isn't cause I humiliated you, is it? If it is, I apologize."
"No, I was always a target for the other drones long before you arrived." He sighed. "It 'cause I scare easily and the fact they're all decades older than me. I can't fight as well as any of them and just end up with repair duty on the ship."
"Have you ever thought about why you are scared so easily? What exactly caused it. I can help you with the fighting if you wish, I was a teacher before I ran into this whole mess. I could teach you a few things. However, before you can move on, you need to pinpoint your cause of fear. Fear is natural, but there are ways around it." She counseled as she turned and looked at him.
"I guess it's not really my technique. I just think about everything that can go wrong in a situation." He mumbled quietly. "I overthink a lot, and that tends to make me fumble."
"I think I have a solution for you. It may seem ridiculous, but you can trust me. Close your eyes." She instructed. She did the same herself as she sat next to him.
"Uh, ok?" He muttered before doing what she told him to, letting his sense of sight disappear completely.
"Listen to what is around you. Feel the wind, as it whistles past, touching your frame. It is painless, gentle, at ease... feel the floor of the roof you sit on. It is hard, sturdy, built firmly to hold you up... feel the warmth of the environment around you. The sun is shining against you. It doesn't burn comforts, warms you, gently touching you like the wind." She instructed slowly, letting minutes pass as she gave different instructions. "Clench your hands tightly. Fuel your anger, fear, stress into your hands, and at the last second release, breathing out with the wind. The wind is taking your emotions and letting them fly away. The ground is holding onto you to keep you still. The sun is burning away any of your stress and replacing it with relief... keep taking deep breaths, even if you don't need air to breathe, the air enters your frame and cools you down, calming your mind... your fear should be gone, and your mind relaxed."
He did everything he was instructed to, though it came to a surprise with how much rage came through during the one part, but it was a big relief to let it go. He felt his shoulders and frame relax, everything seeped away as he was just left with a quiet, calm feeling.
