Here is Derek's right hand woman Nickie. This is what she basically looks like. She is 5 feet 5 inches and also the shortest by half an inch. Just to help the reader out a bit I will be incorporating and including what clothes they are wearing.
You already know she likes to get down with her crazy self so she is usually happier than in this picture. Also, in the picture her eyes look like a greenish color but Nickie's eyes are actually brown.
