Daru, Faru, and Naru from a distant past. The first chosen sages of fire, water, and electricity, also Mineru's children.
Daru, the first of fire, was the eldest son. He trained to become the next ruler over Hyrule since at the time of his birth his Uncle Rauru had yet to have any children of his own.
Faru was the middle child and the first of lightning. Both he and his brother were profoundly proud of the empire their Uncle had built. They both hoped to grow up watching over the land and those who lived there.
Naru was the youngest and only female of the siblings. Together the three grew up in the developing land that would eventually become their object of protection. She immersed herself in studies and learned and taught others about the importance of living things and was also responsible for helping her mother with the construct lab and helping her brothers.
After Time:
During Zelda's visit to the past Sonia and Rauru had a baby. They named the baby girl Zelda and appointed their older son Rangu and young warrior Sheikah named Impa in charge of Zelda's protection when they had gone to confront Ganondorf. Rangu and Impa fled to a small village tucked away and hidden and lived among the Sheikah. Rangu heard of his Father's passing through a messenger of the royal family. He and the others returned to the castle where they repaired damage done in battle and devoted himself to studies of Zonia technology and Sheikah technology. Rangu also ruled the kingdom as best he could but when Zelda became old enough he decided to retire so he could focus on study.
Though Ganondorf was sealed away the malice in the soul was so strong it poured into the very earth seeping out in various forms tainting anything it came into contact with. It was only 50 years after his fathers passing that the first Calamity Ganon appeared. The malice tainted monster that attacked the castle was nothing more than a shadow of the Ganon whom was sealed below the surface. Rangu helped design the Divine beasts and guardians. Sometime generations later those things get buried due to an upheaval event which was responsible for many cave-ins. The lower world had become cut off from the above world and fell out of all knowledge.
