5. The Visit

Y/N- Uh, yeah, how'd you know that?

Tom - You said you had a childhood best friend called Tom, right?

Y/n - Yes, he was at school ******* just before I left for the States.

Tom - I think that Tom is me.

You've been looking for him for so long and your career's all about that promise you made as a child. It all comes back to you then.

POV TOM.

Tom - I think that Tom is me.

I finally had the courage to tell her. I beg you Y/N tell me that you remember me, our memories, our games, our outings where we'd do stupid things and run away.

Tell me you remember all those moments.

POV Y/N

Y/N- Are you sure?

Tom - 100%.

Y/N - Tom, if you only knew how long I've been looking for you. My career is built on the promise I made you at the airport.

Tom - I've been looking for you too, and that's when I saw you perform in front of over 50,000 people in concert, and I recognized you right away. Your eyes, your hair and your bracelet.

THE PAST.

Y/N - Tom, if one day we're not friends anymore, you won't forget me?

Tom - No, never Y/N. And so we'll never forget each other, I made you this *gives you a blue woven bracelet*.

Y/N - Thanks, you're the best!

NOW.

POV Y/N.

*looks at the bracelet*

It's true, Tom made me this bracelet when we were 10 so we'd never forget each other, it's the Tom Kaulitz of my childhood.

Y/N - I'm so happy to finally have you back!

Tom - Likewise haha!

You throw yourself into his arms and cuddle for so long that you don't want to let go. You've missed him so much that you just don't want to leave. You want him to be with you every day and never lose him again.

Tom says nothing and gives you a hug too.

POV TOM.

Y/N threw herself into my arms, I didn't want to let her go anymore, I missed her cuddles, her laughter, her jokes, everything about her.

I don't ever want to let her go away from me again it would be too hard but at the end of the tour she won't be there.

I just want to keep her close to me.

Suddenly I can't feel her embrace. The poor thing has fallen asleep, I think I'll just give her my sweater and let her sleep.

I had to undress her so she wouldn't sleep badly, put on my sweater and shorts and left.

When I get home I see Bill.

Tom - What about your appointment?

Bill - I didn't have an appointment. I left you alone with Y/N so you could finally tell her what you think. And by the way, did you ask him?

Tom - Yes I did, she said she remembered everything and when I told her about the bracelet she hugged me and fell asleep on top of me.

Bill - She must be exhausted, poor thing.

Tom - Yeah, I let her sleep there.

Bill - You did the right thing, we'll go and see how she's feeling tomorrow.

POV Y/N.

You wake up around 9am with Tom's scent all over you, you don't understand and look for him in your room until you pass a mirror and see that he's put his sweater on you.

You're still blushing, but now you're getting butterflies in your stomach - you've never felt this way about anyone else, except before.

But now's not the time to think about it, so you decide to tidy up the room and call room service for a bite to eat.

Once you've finished, you wash up and get dressed, thinking you'll return Tom's sweater to him.

When you arrive, Bill welcomes you home, opens the door and you tell him you're coming by to say hello and return the sweater Tom left in your hotel room.

Bill shows you to Tom's room and leaves.

You knock.

Tom - Um yes, come in.

You open the door and see him with a girl by his side, but you remain unmoved, not letting any emotion show on your face.

Y/N - Hi, sorry if I'm disturbing you, I'm just dropping off your sweater.

??? - OH THAT'S Y/N!!!! Can I have a picture with you?

Y/N - Oh yes of course! *take the picture*

Y/N - On that note, goodbye lovers!

That sentence hurt when you said it but you'd rather play it cool and funny than jealous and you're not even a couple.

Tom - Oh Y/N wait!

You'd already closed the door and were about to leave, Bill was gone and Tom caught you before you left.

Tom - Just so you know, she's not my girlfriend.

You're relieved, but you don't want to show it.

Y/N - Oh, but I don't care, you do what you want haha!

Tom - Do you mind?

Y/N - Why are we a couple ? No.

POV TOM.

This sentence hurts, I've always loved Y/N since we were kids. But now she's so beautiful as a woman, I love her even more.

But once she was gone, I had one toxic and loveless relationship after another, but Y/N is back and I have to do everything right.
