Draught of Desire (Y/N x Draco x Cedric)

Chapter six

It was a rough evening for Y/N after the fight with Draco. She stayed in her dorm for the rest of the day, and skipped dinner. She felt betrayed and alone. She had no friends, and Cedric was hurt because of her. Draco was the only person she could talk too about the flower but he hates her too. Luckily, she still had her roommate Cho, who was fast asleep. Exhausted, Y/N lies in bed, but something in her head is telling her to take the herb that lies hidden under her bed. Y/N ignores the voices in her head and closes her eyes.
Y/N opens her eyes, and finds that she's standing on her feet. She looks down at her feet that are now cold because of the stone floor, and wonders why she's standing.
    "Where am i?" She whispers to herself. She looks to her right and realizes she's in the hospital wing, where she had probably gone to in her sleep.
Y/N suddenly feels something in her right hand,and brings it up closer to her face. She was holding the herb.
    "Why?" She thought. She looks over to her left and sees Cedric sleeping in the moonlight. It was sad to see that he hadn't recovered yet.
    "Why am i here with the herb?" She thought. Is the herb ment for Cedric? Did she have a dream that led her here? Confused, she quietly walks out the hospital wing. Y/N is about to take the stairs when she hears some familiar voices.
"What you're doing is dangerous, boy. I know you're doing this to impress your parents, but it's wrong."
"But I have to. It's me who has to give it."
"I cannot let you do this, Draco. It's not worth it."
"The voice is Draco! What is he doing here?" Y/N thinks. She sneaks up closer to the voices and hides behind the wall. She peaks at the corner and sees a man wearing a black robe talking to Draco -professor Snape! What is he doing here?
"You don't know what is worth it! I am going to do it, and you wont stop me!"Says Draco. He storms off and goes towards where Y/N is standing. Draco doesn't see Y/N when he walks past her. Y/N doesn't waste a second to ask what's going on.
"What were you and professor Snape talking about?" Y/N asks.
Draco jumps. "Y/N, you scared me! What are you doing here?"
"I could say the same to you." Says Y/N in an irritated tone.
"This doesn't concern y-"
Y/N cuts him off.
"Were you talking to Snape last time, when I asked you to come to the forbidden forest with me?"
"I don't have to answer to you."
"Is Snape threatening you?" Asks Y/N. She's starting to get worried.
"This isn't your fight, Y/N."
"Why is Snape involved? What is it that you have to give? And to who do you have to give it to?" Y/n has a million other questions she wants to ask, but is too tired to ask them. Draco is about to talk, when Y/N notices Snape is walking towards the hallway they are in.
"Snape is coming here!" Whispers Y/N "We have to hide!"
"Quick, to the transfiguration classroom!" Orders Draco.
They quietly run to the classroom. They hide underneath a table and sit quietly. They hear Snape's footsteps getting louder. Y/N starts to get scared, so does Draco. They inch closer to each other without noticing. They Notice that Y/N's hand is on top of Draco's hand. Y/N quickly pulls her hand back, Draco doesn't. Snape's footsteps are getting faint and soon disappear.
Y/N crawls away from the table and stands up. She goes to the window of the classroom facing the forbidden forest. She looks outside and sees Snape walking in the distance. "Look," Says Y/N. Draco gets up and looks out of the window. "Why is Snape going to the forest?"
"Ok, you have a lot of explaining to do Draco."
"I don't have to explain anything to you." says Draco bitterly.
"Are you in danger?" Asks Y/N
"We all are." He says, and walks away.
