YOON'S POV :

It was already half way through maths, i nervously clicked my pen, hoping they would enter that door.

It was all my fault

Ni-ki must've noticed, because he put his hand over mine, and put the pen down from my grasp. He gave me a 'it's going to be alright' look and I nodded. I felt myself become a bit flustered, what is this sudden skinship Nishimura Riki?

We had 10 minutes left of maths, from what I read from Ni-ki's wristwatch.

Then the door was knocked on gently and slid open, and I felt myself become less tense

Jungwon and Hayun

They nervously looked around and nobody gave them much of a reaction other than 'thank god they're back', all of the people in our class are actually nice and understanding.

"Hello, we've just come from the deputy head's office" Jungwon said and they bowed to the teacher for being late- well basically missing all of maths

"This is for you, sir" Hayun handed him the piece of paper and they came back to their seats infront of us

"Choi Yoon and Nishimura Riki? You have to head to the deputy head's office now" the maths teacher called out

"You're not in trouble, they're just making you write statements" Hayun whispered to us as she got out her books

Feeling the relief wash over me, we got up and headed to the office

AT LUNCH :

3RD PERSON POV :

They entered the cafeteria and all eyes were on them, everyone knew about what happened today. The correct rumours and the incorrect rumours.

The 14 hadn't had the chance to speak together since they were all taken out of class to write statements throughout the class after maths.

they sat down around their table in silence waiting for someone to speak

"I think it is time to tell you guys.." Hayun spoke out and 13 pairs of eyes looked at her, 3 were in relief and 10 were confused

"My dad died, at the end of october last year. And I lived in my house until I was evicted because I couldn't afford rent" she admitted and everyone turned sombre and felt bad for the girl, she had been going through so much and nobody knew. "Then on the night I was kicked out, I was sitting on a bench to sleep for the night, until Jungwon walked past me and offered for me to live with him"

"Is that why you guys come to school together? And why you always leave together when we go out?" Chae raised an eyebrow and Jungwon nodded

"So yeah, since then I've been living at Jungwon's house, I hope that clears up why we were with each other on Christmas and whatever else was confusing to you guys"

"Yo what about those pyjamas tho" Jake asked and she started giggling

"You guys have to meet Jungwon's grandma when she next visits us, she gave us pyjamas for Christmas" and everyone had their mouths wide open, wishing they had some too

"Ohh so did one of Jungwon's parents give you guys your matching coats too?" Yeji pointed out at their coats

"My mom bought it for us because Hayun literally looked like a marshmallow in my coat" Jungwon replied and everyone started laughing, recalling the days of Hayun's marshmallow era

It all felt normal again, no more secrets needed to be kept from anyone, it was comfortable.

The only thing that wasn't right was

What was Jungwon's feelings towards Hayun?

She wanted to understand his feelings

But Jungwon isn't the type to show those kind of emotions
