Jungwon tapped Hayun slightly on her shoulder to wake her up, their detention was already over.

"let's go home, Hayun" he said he picked up her bag for her as she got up.

They both walked out of school slowly, still waking up from their slumber during detention

Then something fell

Snow.

Hayun immediately looked around them and saw that snow started to fall fast around them and smiled at him. Her nose immediately turned red from the cold, which he noticed.

He pulled her towards him and wrapped the black scarf that he had on around her.

"Here, your nose is getting red already from the cold" he laughed

"thank you!" she replied and snuggled herself into his scarf more.

The rest of the walk home was peaceful, they chatted about stuff that happened today and the whole thing of their friend group setting them up to sit next to each other. They felt comfortable in each other's presence, which was nice.

They made it back home and opened the front door, the usual shuffling came to the door as they entered

"How was school you two?" Mrs Yang asked them as they removed their coats and scarfs

"It was alright, today Ni-ki tripped up and crashed straight into Yoon, and they both had to go to medical" Hayun laughed, recalling the vivid memory that occurred at lunch

"It sounds bad, but it was actually hilarious. They tried doing this thing that they saw on TikTok" Jungwon explained

"Sounds like you two are in the same friend group, I thought you barely knew each other?" Mrs Yang asked, bringing them into the kitchen and dishing out some hot soup for them to have

"It's true, both of our friend groups became friends after that football match yesterday," Jungwon said as he dipped his bread into his soup

They finished eating their dinner and washed up so they could relax
