Mirio was fighting Overhaul, and tried to heal Eri.
I didn't notice Overhaul's assistant pointing his gun filled with quirk erasing bullets at Eri. When I noticed, it was too late, and Mirio stepped in.
He got shot with a bullet.
I was pissed, and ran towards the guy.
He shot his last bullet at me, and it hit me, but took no effect.
It wasn't defective, it's just that Free for All makes it so my quirk can't be stolen or erased. I still have no clue about the possibilities of this quirk, so that's all I know so far.
Looking to my right, I saw Overhaul, and started attacking him.
I grabbed his little mask, and tried burning it.
He put his arm out, and I went back.
Mirio started fighting in my place, despite my protests.
He was stabbed with a spike, and I decided to just fight Overhaul in Mirio's place.
As I was about to burn Overhaul, Midoriya popped up.
Despite Overhaul changing the surroundings, I still got a few attacks on him.
I decided to steal his quirk after he let his guard down.
He doesn't know of the true nature of my quirk, so it'll be fine.
I saw the guy making spiky things with his quirk, and burned him.
He died after a few seconds, and Overhaul looked pissed.
He did something, and got two more arms.
"I'll have you return Eri!"
I couldn't teleport again, and ran towards Eri, Mirio, and Midoriya.
Midoriya continuted to block his attacks, and I tried my absolute best not to just run after Overhaul and kill him.
"Are you two ok? Do you need anything? Mirio! Can you move?"
I tried to carry Mirio, but just ended up holding him up by his arm as he slowly walked along the wall.
My other hand held Eri's trembling arms.
I decided to get some last words in if I end up dying.
"Eri, after we save you and everything, I'll visit you often! And if you ever need someone to talk to, I'll be there for you!"
All of a sudden, Mirio collapsed.
"You two, get as far as you can! People are gonna be searching for you!"
A few seconds later, we heard Overhaul's voice.
"Eri! Everyone's gonna die because of you! Is that really what you want?! Eri!"
She started walking towards where we came from. I tried to stop her, but she kept persisting, until we were face to face with Overhaul once more.
Eri spoke up.
"I... I don't want that!"
I saw Midoriya on the floor telling Eri and I to go back.
Overhaul spoke again.
"Eri... do you really think these heroes can save you?"
"...No... I don't."
"Then what should you do?"
"Go back..!" She started walking towards Overhaul slowly. "If I go back... can you please fix everyone!"
I couldn't hear anything anymore. I think this is what it means to finally snap. I couldn't restrain myself anymore, and ran towards Overhaul.
He hadn't noticed me, and I kicked his back. When he was repelled back, I used my flames, burning him.
I felt the room rumbling, and tried to cover Eri and Midoriya.
I used a new quirk at that moment, a barrier.
The roof collapsed, revealing a bunch of heroes.
