For what felt like an eternity, Visenya and Cregan were confined to the uncomfortable carriage. Visenya refused to communicate with anyone, including Cregan, despite his repeated attempts since she felt ill most of the time. When they finally arrived at King's Landing after what seemed like hours, she didn't even need to glance outside to know that the smell spoke for itself.

"Are you ready to see your family, my love?" Cregan said as he approached to take her hand. "I'm very pleased, yes, but this babe's birth would make me even happier," Visenya said. She grinned and continued, "I'm sick of feeling ill all the time."

Cregan laughed at his wife and placed a kiss into her temple softly making Visenya smile. For the remainder of the time, Cregan sat next to her, applying a cold cloth to her forehead, which seemed to make little to no difference, but she would never say that out, knowing that he was only trying to help.

Cregan was the first to exit the carriage when it eventually stopped and the door was opened, allowing the King's Landing smell to enter. The Queen and her children were waiting outside, obviously glad to see Visenya, but the King was not with them.

"Lord Cregan Stark of House Stark." Someone who didn't know loudly announced, he heard.

When his wife eventually started to exit the carriage with a smile on her face, Cregan extended his arm to give her something to hold onto. "Princess Visenya Targaryen of House Targaryen, second of her name." The unknown person announced again.

Visenya laughed as she noticed her mother, brothers, and sister all gazing at her belly with a shocked expression on their faces. "Surprise!" Visenya grinned and said aloud. While Aemond and Aegon stood there glaring at Cregan, her mother and Helaena were quick to embrace her and offer their congratulations.

"Oh my sweet girl, this is wonderful news that the whole realm ought to rejoice in!" As she put her palm on the abdomen of her youngest daughter, Alicent stated with a smile.

"Sister, our children will be best of friends. Together, they will play and grow." Helena rubbed her own belly and spoke softly while beaming enthusiastically. "They will adore each other as much as we do, I'm confident of it, dear sister." Visenya smiled and turned to re-embrace her sister.

As they talked about the babes, the three women forgot about the three men who were still with them. They were experiencing pure happiness, a rare moment that would soon turn into a memory that they would wish they could relive.

Aegon and Aemond remained there unmoving just continuing to look at Cregan while they talked incessantly about the children. A few moments passed which to Cregan felt like a lifetime when suddenly Aegon was the first to speak.

"Well, how has Winterfell treated my sister since she became their lady?" Aegon questioned indifferently, showing solely concern for his sisters' welfare.

"They have welcomed and showered her with love. Honestly, can you blame them? She is easy to love." Cregan said with a smile telling Aegon the truth, Winterfell loved their lady, she had help and involved herself which was unexpected by most considering she was a princess of the realm.

"I'm delighted to hear that. It would be unfortunate if I had to use Sunfyre to burn them all." Aegon spoke while keeping an eye on the Stark man, who was taller and bigger than him yet didn't prevent him from saying what he thought. Cregan ignored Aegon's response and simply rejected the threat.

"My prince, are you pleased to be a father once more?" He asked Aegon, who had just given him a confused look.

"What?" He enquired with some confusion. "Helaena." Aemond said quietly as he struck Aegon on the head. "Sure I am." Aegon said sarcastically he loved Helaena as his sister but never as his wife.
