Visenya and her family were back in Kings Landing and the preparation's for Helaena betrothal were completed a few days ago and today is the big day. She is in her sister's chambers trying to be supportive even through these circumstances."The decorations are lovely, but you sister looks dashing."
"Thank you, sister." Helaena spoke plainly as she gazed out her window. "Helaena I know this isn't what you want but at least you will stay with mother and Aemond." She made an effort to comfort her sister.
"I know, but I'll be alone because I won't see you after you go to Winterfell. I won't have someone who at least tries to understand me." Her sister explained that she was still unable to look directly at her. "I'll will always be here for you sweet sister, even when I leave, I'll be a raven away. You can call for me and I'll be here. I'm also stay at your side for a while my wedding is a few years away." Visenya reassure her why grabbing her hand gently. "Always. Now i must check on Aegon, mother will be here shortly." She explained.
She left her sisters chambers walking towards her brother's, not bothering to knock or be announced. He brother drunk as always, not dressed. "Aegon, you're not ready yet. Brother, the ceremony will shortly begin." Visenya said rapidly worried he won't be ready in time.
"I never wanted any of this. I am being forced to marry her." As he approached Visenya to embrace her, Aegon sobbed. "I know your brother, but our sister is lovely and compassionate. You'll be fine, I promise. She wrapped him in her arms. "Why couldn't I marry you instead." He whispered. "I doubt you would want me as your wife brother." She admitted.
"I don't, you are smart, beautiful, loyal, strong, brave and most importantly fun." He assuredly told Visenya.
"Well brother, in our world we don't usually have a choice on who we marry. We just have to do our duty to the realm. You will do your and I'll do mine." She gave him a saddened look.
"Now you must get ready fast and don't keep our sweet sister waiting she doesn't want this any more then you do." She pulled away from him pushing him towards his clothes.

Everything was going according to plan at the wedding. Until someone tapped her on the shoulder, she turned around quickly. Only to see Cregan Stark right in front of her. "Ser Cregan, what are you doing there?" She asked in a confused manner. "Lord Cregan, Princess." He announced which confused her even more. "Wasn't the Lord your uncle?" Visenya questioned, keeping her gaze fixed on him. "He wanted to steal my birth right and I simply imprisoned him." He explained. Visenya was proud that he finally claimed what was his.
"Well my lord you still haven't answered my question, what are you doing her?" She chuckled keeping the conversation going. "Princess, of course I was invited. Although I had no intention of coming, I wanted to see you again." He gave a flirty smirk as he spoke. "I see, desperate, huh?" Amused, she questioned. "Maybe I was, after all you are soon to be my lady wife princess." He acknowledged praising her beauty.
"It would be somewhat impolite, my soon-to-be husband, if you didn't ask me for a da-" Visenya was interrupted by some else touching her. She turn around only to reveal Jason Lannisters. "Princess, may I have this dance?" The Lannister man asked still gripping on her arm. Visenya was at a loss for what to do because Cregan was to be her husband and The Lannister were her family allies.
She was merely remaining motionless when she abruptly heard Cregan respond. "Ser Lannister, I'd like to suggest that you keep your hands off my betrothed." He said loudly while Visenya just stood there still unknowing on what to do. "Well, Ser Stark, the princess can speak for herself." He replied sharply. Cole could be seen approaching her. "Is there a problem, princess?" Eyeing both men, he questioned. "No, Ser Criston. If you'll pardon me, I genuinely owed my brother this dance gentlemen." Visenya quickly said before leaving walking towards Aemond.
She sat in the empty seat beside him finally feeling like she could breathe. "Are you alright sister?" Aemond asked acknowledging her discomfort. "I'll be okay brother, would you like to dance with me?" Visenya asked her brother, who simply rose up and smiled while extending his hand to her. She and Aemond went to the dance floor, and while dancing with her brother and feeling like a child with no responsibilities, she let her problems go. She was never really a brilliant dancer, and stepping on Aemond shoes proved it.
Visenya was conscious that her wedding was a few years away, but that didn't make her worry any less. She was aware that Cregan was a gentleman and that she was lucky for that but being married so young scared her. She has only ever been a princess, but she wasn't satisfied with that; she desired to be more. Visenya desired to take part in battles and fly her dragon across the oceans in an effort to experience as much of the world as possible, but she understood better than that that her life would be similar to that of other women.
"Wanna tell me about your troubles, sister, or do you want to keep stepping on me?" Aemond said interrupting her thoughts.
"I'm just thinking about my betrothal." She spoke mumbling while avoiding stepping on her brother by looking down. "Well, I don't believe you need to worry; it'll be a while yet. You have time to think things over and relish your stay with us. With me." Glancing at his older sister, he responded somberly. "I suppose your right once's more little brother. And I think we should probably sit before I hurt you even more." She jested while he laughed. When they both went to sit down, Cregan reappeared and began heading towards her.
"Would you mind joining me for a dance, my lady?" He asked Visenya while extending his hand for Visenya to take. "I suppose but just one dance, I'm rather tired my lord." She explained grabbing his hand. They both departed after dancing to just one song and then proceeded to the pastries table. Cregan and Visenya consumed so many cakes that Cregan had to leave because he was feeling ill.

The wedding was over and everyone had left including her betrothed .As she lay in bed, she imagined many scenarios for her future. They were all to good to be true, she knew Targaryen women rarely ever experienced any type of true happiness. It always ended bad for them, she was scared for what was to come by it wasn't like that was going to change anything. All she could do is accept her fate.
Okay finally I got that out of the way! And now, I can time skip and get to the best part .
