Chapter 1

Ahhh! It's today. It's today I'm starting my new job in my new town, it's today I can finally start over.

I have enough time, it's only like 7.26 pm and I have to be there at 7:45 pm. SHIT IM SO GONNA BE LATE IM SO GOING TO BE FIRED ON MY FIRST DAY
Rose come on now you're talking to yourself again, i gotta stop this. Head to work now.

7:46 pm.
"I'm so sorry I'm late, I'm evrose but call me rose" I say to my new boss "his rose, I'm Evan and don't worry about it, we aren't that busy today" he smiles and I see a short girl with black hair come in out direction "hi!! I'm sunday!!" She's energetic... "hi, I'm rose" I reach my hand out for a handshake but instead she gives me a hug "omg I'm so glad your staring here, I'm the only girl, and with these boy urgh" Evan looks at me a mimes something similar to I'm sorry. But oh well I need new friends I guess.

It's around 12 am and I'm done with my shift, but I promised Sunday to have a drink with her and also she wants to introduce me to some guys who also works here, so it's not bedtime yet.

"There they come!!!" She tries to whisper. There's 3 guys coming, 2 brunettes and one with very dark brown hair almost black I would say. He's also have some tattoos not to many but some. "Hi everyone, I wanna introduce you to rose, or as I call her Rosie" she tells them, I give them an awkward smile and then one of the brunettes gives me his hand to shake "I'm Arlo, that Elliot and that little grumpy ass is Ezekiel" he says pointing at does other two guys. "Well thank you for such a polite welcome from all of you" I say with sarcasm. Arlo gives me a nervous smile. I guys he's the sweetest of them all.

"So as I was telling you, I don't know why my parents called me Sunday." She says "I think it's kinda weird, and I got bullied with it one time by some pervert" I giggle a little "I think your name is pretty, just like you" I say as she smiles and gives me another big hug for the fourth time this evening. I think imma head home, they all stand up to say goodbye but right before I leave Arlo asks me where I live "we could drop you of if we're heading the same way" he says, "no no, it's fine it's only a 15-20 minute walk from here. "Then that a yes, there's no way a girl like you is going to walk alone in the dark here." "I-" "as I said your going with us" I can see elliot giggles a bit but ezekiel gives him an elbow that makes him stop. "Come on guys, see you tomorrow Sunday" Arlo says as we're driving off.

"So rose, why'd you move to this little town" Elliot begins "and why start working at this restaurant which is also a bar of course" Arlo continues "well-" "can you guys just stfu, I'm tired and I need to get home to ko- I mean to my bed" ezekiel says interrupting me "I'll tell you guys another time" I whisper loud enough for all for them to hear.

Thanks for dropping me off, I wave them goodbye and walk up for the door. I look out of the corner of my eye and see that they're still waiting, I turn around an must've looked like a big question mark cause just as I do it Arlo says "we need to make sure you get in safely" I laugh a little and turn around.

I toss my shoes of and falling onto the sofa, that was a longggg and weird but also kinda funny night. I need to sleep for work tomorrow.
