another day in this bloody room. Not a single friend besides my twin brother Mattheo. He's off at school right now, at Hogwarts. My dad, ya, he's Tom Riddle aka you-no-who aka Voldemort. I'm 16 years old and I've never been outside my house. My dad says it's dangerous for someone like me to walk the streets with someone like him as their father. But then let Mattheo go to school and go out with friends. I wish I'd be able to go to Hogwarts one day. Be able to do what my brother does. Get to have real friends. My only friend human friend is my brother and my only animal friends are Nigini my dad's snake and my owl Cenerous. Half the time Nigini is with Dad and my brother is at school so it's just me and Cenerous. I can't even send letters to Mattheo because it's too risky to be discovered. Maybe I can talk Dad into letting me start at Hogwarts with my brother in 5th year. I was the baby of the family only by 2 minutes but that meant something to him. I get anything I want and I never get in trouble. But the only thing I wasn't allowed to do was leave. I truly was Dad's favorite.

" Venessa where are you" a raspy old voice came from downstairs. " Dad I'm in my room like any other bloody day" I yelled back. I'm guessing he just came back from his meeting at the Malfoy Manor. I heard him walking upstairs then open my door and Nigini slithered her way into my room. " Hey, Nigini!" I said getting up to pet her. I looked up to see Dad looking at me. " What?" I asked. " Nothing," He said back. " Actually Dad can I talk to you?" I asked trying to think of a way to get him to let me go. " Venessa if it's about the school you already know the answer to that," He said already knowing what I was going to ask. " But dad I-" getting cut off by him walking out. " And you worship him, seriously Nigini?" I said looking at the snake.

" Dad please"

"No"

"How come you let Mattheo!?"

" He is more trusted to keep our name safe"

" Dad I've been locked inside this bloody house for 16 years without seeking out and going out I am a lot more trustworthy"

" Venessa May Riddle I said No"

"Dad please, Or I swear I will play fucking patty cake with harry potter"

" Venessa"

" Dad, I know you don't trust me but- I promise I will proof our name I will fucking burn down fucking Hogwarts and write fucking suck my balls harry potter if I fucking have to but I want freedom too, I Understand Im your baby daughter by 2 fucking minutes but please dad?" I said giving him puppy eyes and holding onto his arm. " Venessa If-" I cut him off

" Dad I promise I'll be careful"

" If you let me finish I was going to say Ok, I trust you, but you must be careful and live up to the Riddle name," He told me.

" Omg are you serious dad, thank you, you won't regret it!" I said giving him a hug then ran off to my room. " wait Dad I don't have a trunk" I said running back to him. " yes you do it is in the downstairs hidden compartment."

I ran up to him giving him another hug then ran off to go pack. Then it hit me. I'm going to have to go to a school I really know nothing about and what do I wear, what's the dress code, bloody hell what if the teachers are rude, wait I'm Venessa Fucking Riddle I'm the dark lord's daughter I don't give a fuck.

" Dad I need you!" I said then sitting on my bed. " What what's wrong?" He said barging in my room thinking I was hurt or something. " I don't know what to do, wear, or say," I said putting my face into my arms. " Can you give me some basic things or tell me about the school?" I asked him. He nodded then sat down next to me putting his arm around me. I know people hate him and he's probably not the best person but he truly cares for his kids and he would do anything for us.

" Ok, so there are for houses Slytherin the one I was in and the one Mattheo is in, then Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, and Ravenclaw. Once you get there you will be sorted into one of these houses for the rest of your time there. You will learn how to become a powerful witch, but since you are my daughter you basically already know what they are going to teach you. I know some Slytherins and I know a teacher his name is Severus Snape he is the potions professor. One of the Slytherins I know Is Draco Malfoy he is your age and he is a death eater along with his parents Narcissa and Lucius Malfoy. I got Severus to get your books and he will be giving them to you the day you arrive. I'm sure you will do excellent and I can't wait for you to become Slytherin just me and your brother. And don't worry about your grades that don't matter." He said pulling me into a hug

" Can't believe my baby girl is leaving" He said still not letting me go. I swear I think he was crying a little.

"Oh and once you're sorted you will be given uniforms and shown to your room, you will have your own room just like your brother." I smiled at him and was actually happy he was my father.

"Thanks, Dad, I think I'm gonna get to packing," I told him. he let go of the hug and got up and left. Now that I knew what was going to happen I was super excited to go. I knew exactly what my outfit was going to be and what I was going to do when I was there. I knew how to decorate my room and honestly, I was ready. There was a week break for some reason I'm not for sure and when that week was over I will be riding to Hogwarts with my brother for the first time in 16 years. Thank Merlin Since I already knew almost everything they said I could start off the same year as my brother. The break went by fast Mattheo came home and we talked for a while he went over some teachers' names and the classes they teach and some people and just stick around him and that he was so happy I finally get to go with him to Hogwarts.
